We recently had the pleasure of working with Eat Well for our wedding, and we want to extend our appreciation for the effort that went into making our special day memorable. Throughout the planning process, we worked directly with Katie, who clearly demonstrated a deep passion for her work. Her dedication was evident through numerous phone calls, emails, and meetings, all aimed at ensuring our menu was tailored to our preferences.

The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the quality of the food. Our guests consistently praised the dishes, and many commented on how delicious and well-prepared everything was. The culinary team did an excellent job in delivering a memorable dining experience.

However, there were a few aspects of the service that we felt could have been handled better. We were disappointed that our welcome drinks were not offered upon the guests' arrival, which was something we had specifically planned for. Additionally, despite noting several food allergies to the staff in advance, a few of these were unfortunately overlooked, which caused some concern.

At the end of the night, we also noticed that the staff were collecting florals to take home. While we understand that staff might be interested in taking leftover items, this was done without prior discussion with us. We were in the process of arranging to donate our florals to a nursing home, and it would have been helpful if this had been communicated beforehand.

Overall, while there were a few issues, the quality of the food and Katie’s commitment were greatly appreciated. We hope this feedback helps in refining future events and ensuring that all aspects of service align with the clients’ expectations.

We truly had the best experience with Eat Well at our wedding this past weekend!!! We got so many compliments on the food and our family who lives in town said they would use Eat Well for their future events! Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Not only will you do a tasting for the menu items you choose, but you can attend open houses and try a variety of their menu. This was such a fun part of our experience! Katie not only handled crafting our menu, but coordinated rentals and a wide variety of other things. Their staff is top notch and extremely professional. I am so glad we found Eat Well!

EatWell catered our family-only micro wedding in March 2025. Our guests said that the food was the best wedding food they've ever had! We had Southern inspired seasonal foods with bread from one of our favorite local vendors. We had a brisket meat and three style meal to honor Nashville and Texas roots. The captain saved the day by finding one of our flower girl's bracelet in the trash. And the bartender became like one of our family! They were also able to use our family apple butter to do a custom signature cocktail named after our dog, Dolly. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about EatWell. Because our wedding was so small, outstanding food and our signature cocktail were my top priorities. EatWell really delivered and made our wedding a dream come true!

I am very happy that we chose to work with eat well for our wedding! Katie was fantastic and so easy to work with. She checked in frequently and coordinated multiple phone calls during the planning process to make sure that all bases were covered. The food was DELICIOUS and we received multiple compliments on it. At the event, there were lots of catering staff available that were super on top of clearing dishes and refilling water. They also made sure that my husband and I always had plates of food, cake, and drinks from the bar. I could not have asked for better.

We love eat well at the office! It had been awhile since we got to work with them and today's lunch was just soooo good (fall/winter "innovate" menu). Katherine and anyone from their team is awesome to plan a menu with, there are always lots of new options each season and the food is thoughtfully prepared and served up.

We were once again BLOWN AWAY by both the food, and the service of our Thanksgiving Luncheon today.  Eatwell continues to be the catering company that our entire staff RAVES about.  You all are sincerely the best. We had more employees show up than anticipated, and yet, everyone had a great lunch, and the staff handled it with grace and everything just went so smoothly.  The amount of compliments I’ve received on your behalf are overwhelming, and the gratitude should all go to you and your team!

They helped us craft a perfect menu that met our dietary needs and accounted for all of our guest's dietary needs.
