My family and I just recently stayed here for about a month th and a half and we loved it. The people were all friendly and down to earth. It's got a great location and close to all shopping And restaurants. The guy that runs it is awesome and was very helpful our entire stay. It's quaint and peaceful and definitely would stay there again. They are pet friendly and all in all a great experience. Thank you.😊

We were in town with friends to visit their family. We weren't sure what we were going to get and didn't expect the Ritz. Good thing. The spot they put our R.V. in had awful concrete and smelled of sewer. We soon found out it was dog poop. I think the people next door who had a dog were throwing their waste on to our lot. We have a dog so it was kind of scary letting her out there, not knowing if there was something she could catch. And other dogs were running loose, just one more thing to worry about. We paid for two nights and they were very adamant about their no refund policy. That should have been a red flag. We gave up a nights lodging and went to the state park. It was a much nicer atmosphere.

We came in town from Texas, for a Softball Tournament my daughter was playing in. We were not very familiar with this side of OKC, and I called the KOA Campground to get a space, but they were booked solid....and now we know why. This park is the only other RV Park in the area and for the price, you really can't beat it, especially for a short weekend trip. The park is probably 70% full of people who live there, but they all kept to themselves and were respectful of the park and other patrons during our stay. The guy who runs the place can be a little difficult to catch at the office, but he does answer the phone. The nightly rate is $23, which includes 30/50 Amp hook ups, and water, sewer also. We enjoyed our stay here, it is what it is and you get what you pay for...quaint, simple, quiet park with no frills. Next to/off of a busy highway but, there's not a huge amount of sound travel at night. The Denny's next door is good for breakfast too!

Its quiet and shaded.not crowded after 9pm its just crickets. Love the quiet. The manager is very helpful. And it's right next door to a McDonalds a Taco Bell a Whataburger ,Pizza Hut,, on cue ,Circle K, ice, water anything you need within a quarter mile! and you can go right out of the driveway and get right on the highway I-40 or you could just pull out of the driveway go south about two or three miles and you're at I-240 if you go straight down Douglas South from Eastern Hills and the coolest part is the electric and the water and sewer is free you just pay your lot rent which is about four hundred bucks and you're off and running. And how long you plan on staying in a trailer with family cooped up well that's up to you LOL

These people are total snobs, they got a rusted ford van parked right by the office, and have the nerve to look down on my 91 model year 5th wheel that is in good condition. The entrance road is so rough, it makes a mud bog look like a freeway! The fence needs painting, the parking spots are so small, there is no room for your tow vechiele. They are also muddy when it rains. Nevermind the jet engines running from Tinker AFB across the freeway, they play revile every morning at 7:30 am. Part of the fence on the NE corner is blown down, the wireless internet is hit or miss, if you get it at all. there are plenty of other rv parks in OKC that are way better then this place.

Lived here for a year. The manager was unprofessional. You can't efficiently manage an RV park when you only make some people obey the rules & overlook the actions of others...even when it put residents in danger. I wouldn't recommend this place for any reason other than the rent was cheap & it was all bills paid.
