Very pleasant, the toilets were the highlight (no joke) with their bidet function. Sounds nasty, but you'll be a fan too. Hot tub was great as well. Great house for family vacations...

Great place to stay. House has everything, is well appointed and is in terrific shape. Lots of mule deer everywhere, so be careful driving. Make sure you grocery shop before you get there. There is nothing except a mediocre restaurant that is close. And the nearest real grocery story is at lease 50 minutes each way.

This house is beautiful! The hosts were amazing and kind. We will definitely keep this place in mind when visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon again. It’s in a great location about an hour and a half from Bryce Canyon and 20 minutes from Zion. This place very clean, lots of space and enough bathrooms to get everyone ready and out the door quick.

Alex and Vanessa’s home was beautiful, centrally located, and clean. We were warmly welcomed and checked in on throughout our stay by the hosts to make sure our needs were met. The home was spacious and accommodated our large family gathering comfortably. We LOVED our stay! Highly recommended!

Amazing place to stay, Plenty of trails to hike on the property and adjacent resort.
Property is minutes away from Park entrance and gives a jump start on Scenic trails to avoid traffic and lines. Only recommendation is to purchase National Parks annual pass $80.00. Save you a ton of money.
