No greeting upon entering. This was my second time visiting this location with the suggestion from my friend. That's the only reason why I stayed. Only one person had customer service skills, but because nobody gave their name, I can't give recognition. I asked for crackers while we waited on our order. The worker gave them to my friend. Am I invisible? Somebody yelled at my friend to be quiet in a bar. She was offended and I hope she does her review. The food was bland! The wings have no seasoning itself just the outside meaning the sauce. Where is the salt? The fried pickles were just meh and did not deliver that bite that a pickle should. All of the ECW establishments have poor customer service. Changes need to be made here and fast! I did not feel welcomed here.

VERY disappointed in this location. Our last 2 takeout orders were missing items. Ordered from them last night and, having experienced issues before, I checked the order to make sure all items ordered were in the bag. Everything was there so headed home with our take out order. I had ordered extra carrots and extra celery. Both items that I paid extra for were bad- slimy and starting to rot! I called the restaurant and was just told “I’m sorry”. No offer to refund or comp items next time. I asked if there was a manager there I could talk to and was told no. I find it hard to believe (and disturbing) that they were operating without a manager on duty. Will not be getting take out from there again!

When I first walked in there's a strange smell. Maybe it's because the bathrooms are right at the front entrance. There were a handful of people at the bar & a couple booths filled. We did wait a few before being acknowledged. Food grade is 92.5
The bathrooms are one person and the door lock doesn't work properly. Bathroom could have used some tidying up. There was a chart on the back of the door for bathroom checks by staff, completely blank. My hubby got a chicken sandwich entree & he said it was ok. I got steak tacos with a salad. Salad is a $0.99 upgrade and very much so worth it. Shredded steak on tacos wasn't bad. I don't recommend the tacos with salad as a side bc it's like getting a salad with salad on top of the steak taco. My friend got the southwestern chicken salad (which was a hefty amount of food. No skimmping there) but she felt the chicken was too salty, I tasted it & it wouldn't be something I'd order in the future. We got bbq wings and they looked like half a bottle of sauce was just dumped on top. Interesting fact is you can get the kids wings that comes with 5 boned wings, a side, and drink for around. $7, yet if you order 5 boned wings alone its like around $10. Our total bill was around $52 with tip. Service was mediocre. My mtn dew was a lil flat & had a lemon seed in it. Drink was replaced & it was point on with the carbonation/color, very strange. I don't plan to go back bc the food wasn't that great, the place smelled strange, and to be honest I was a Lil concerned about cleanliness. Also if your being conscious of your caloric intake a plain salad is about your only healthy option. It's your call if you want to try it.

First time here... Was very busy. Server was really good and patient. Food quality was slightly mixed but as expected. There were many kids here this night. Good kid menu, which included wings, and healthy sides like applesauce and vegetables. Regular prices were fair, (on Wednesday they had kids eat free one per adult).

My husband and I recently ate here for the first time, and we enjoyed it. The menu is pretty big, but not overly. Our appetizer, the pretzel bites, were delicious. So fresh that they were too hot to eat immediately, and the combination of them and the cheese dip was excellent. My husband got three different sauces on boneless wings, and two of the three were a hit. The garlic honey and the barbecue sauces were great, but the Thai one was very runny and basically amounted to some flavorless liquid on good chicken. It was interesting, to say the least. I got a Voodoo chicken sandwich, which I enjoyed - I do caution that it's just a little bit spicy. The quality of the chicken was great, which has been an issue with several restaurants lately. Service was good and timely. The laid back ambience of the restaurant was nice as well.

My experience here was not bad at all! We were seated promptly and the waitress took our drink orders immediately. She recommended different flavors of wings to us and was very attentive during our visit. The flavors of wings we got tasted delicious! The food was hot and fresh and the drinks were nice and strong! Again, great service and good food!

WORST ECW for sure. I’ve called 15 times. When they answer they just sit on the phone & talk in the background just to hang up on you. Call back & the line is instantly busy. Hire better staff!!
