I am traveling to property located just outside Winslow and plan to arrive Thanksgiving.
First off, this place you call them directly to book your room. Angela was super friendly and bubbly personality. They had a room so I reserved it for arrival around 3pm.
Second, this place requires NO CREDIT CARD to book......just your name, cell phone number, and estimated arrival time. Angela said they'd be right around the corner and to call if no one was in the office when we arrived.
I checked out ALL hotels and motels in Winslow and this one, hands down, has the best reviews of any of them and especially for cleanliness.....something me and my companions are OCD about. Can't wait to arrive next week and enjoy that handmade quilt. Hoping we might be able to purchase a quilt while we are there! We shall see.
So far this place gets a thousand stars. I'll update review later.

Stayed overnight while taking a road trip. This motel is outstanding in every way - clean room, close to sites, comfortable bed with unique homemade quilt. The owner, Blas, gives world-class service. He was great to chat with, giving me a bit of history of the area. The office is also daycare where he watches his grandchildren, and two friendly dogs. It was so great having them around the motel. Blas, thanks for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to staying here on future road trips.

Route 66 fans. This is a step back in time. The owners have went above and beyond maintaining an old Motel. Exceptionally clean. If you want high end pristine facility not for you! Window air conditioning. Shower interesting with potential bathtub about 12 “ deep. Do NOT be put off by parking lot. Loved morning glories planted between flag stone. Have a binder listing local restaurants. Have journal for you to record your experience. The hand quilted bedspreads are Sooo beautiful. This is a family run motel including grandchildren, dog and home feeling. I met the husband he is Native American and someone I want to support!!||The Neon Lights are so Route 66. This is a must stop!

What a throw back to a simpler time! We so enjoyed our stay at this quaint nostalgic motel. Simply styled, it takes a guest back to a time when life seemed simpler and a little slower.
We appreciated all the effort the owners have made to bring the motel back to what it was during the popularity of Old Route 66. The decor is homey and comfortable with restoration of most of the fixtures. The owners are friendly and helpful and seem to enjoy meeting their guests. This place was a treat.

Earl's is a piece of history! What a quaint motel! Each room has different handmade quilts on the beds! The room my husband and I stayed in had a comfy queen bed. It was extremely clean and had great hot water in the shower. The shower/tub is a fun, original, quirky throw back! It was functional, practical and very unique! Earl's is located very close to "The Corner", fun shops and great restaurants!

What a national treasure! Both the motor court and the owners. We are doing an Arizona road trip with our 14 yr old granddaughter and wanted to show her the authentic Route 66 lodging experience. Earls is clean, comfortable and they treat you like family. This is something we will remember for the rest of our lives. If I could give it more stars I would! Very close to the Eagles “standing on the corner in Winslow, Arizona spot. Winslow is a very friendly town and the owners set the bar high!

Not sure if I can put into words how great my overnight stay was! Angela greeted me with a big smile when I arrived. Checking in was super easy! She showed me my room(room #1!) and gave a quick entertaining rundown of the light switches! The set up took me back to all the times I slept over at my grandparents as a kid! The homemade quilt was comfy! Once Angela found out I was on a route 66 trip, she couldn't wait to stamp my passport and give me some goodies! This motel is centrally located and not far from Standin On the Corner and many other neat places! I also couldn't wait for nightfall to see the awesome neon lights! I will definitely be back and will tell everyone I know to come stay at this historic motel! Keep the route alive and take it easy!!

Stayed here in April on my way back from the eclipse and really loved it. Such a breath of fresh air after many chain motels. Angela was so kind and offered me a cutting from her goldfish plant after I complimented her plant collection. She even made me a travel container so it would get home safe! I’ve come back to report that it’s doing great in its new home and is a sweet reminder of my time in Arizona. Thanks so much for the great stay and hospitality 🙂
