We cannot recommend DWP enough! We used DWP for our 10/19/2024 wedding at Falls Creek Farm, both Debbie & one her coordinators Kristen were a crucial part in our big day! From helping me plan and make decisions on final arrangements leading up to our big day to making sure everything ran as smoothly as possible, and being a major source of help to keep everything running smoothly, Debbie & Kristin went above and beyond for us. If you are looking for a day of coordinator for your wedding or event who are attentive, caring, kind, have your best interest in mind and truly want to make your event as perfect this is your team! I truly don’t think I could have enjoyed my day as much as I did if it had not been for Debbie & Kristen!

Deb was our day of coordinator for our October 2024 wedding and we met almost 2 years before in October 2022. Prior to the wedding, Deb had already gone above and beyond her expectations- zoomed us whenever we needed her,
she went with us to various vendor meetings while we were in town, suggested vendors to us, helped our officiant out, told us certain red flags and we so appreciate her guidance through our whole wedding process. Day of, Deb was always there from helping us chorale family members to setting up spaces and Deb was truly the “fairy godmother” of our wedding. If you want someone who is extremely personable and will go to the ends of the earth for you and your event, I highly recommend Deb. Deb, you will always be such a special person to us and we will always be grateful!

Deb and her team did a fantastic job with our wedding at Evergreen Farms as a day of coordinator! She helped plan multiple visits to the venue, coordinated everything with our vendors, and asked all the questions we forgot about. Would absolutely recommend her.

We held our June 2024 wedding at a private residence, which required significantly more logistical planning (needed to bring in items like bathrooms, generators, etc.) than a traditional venue. Debbie, our wedding planner, was absolutely fantastic in thinking through all the additional details and needs leading up to the wedding to ensure we had everything covered.

On the day of the wedding, Debbie handled everything like a complete pro. We had the best time and so much fun because everything was seamlessly managed. Debbie even took care of a few issues that popped up that we didn't even find out about until weeks later! Honestly, as the bride, I had practically no stress on my wedding day - it was glorious!

We have had many friends talk about how stressful their wedding planning / wedding day was. I can say confidently that for us, while there was a little stress of course, the entire process was so much more fun and enjoyable in large part because of Debbie.

If you are planning a wedding, you should definitely hire Debbie!

Debbie was phenomenal throughout the entire wedding planning process, and especially on wedding day! There were so many small details she did to go above and beyond to make our day special. Before the wedding, we got 2 venue visits to go over details with her and she joined in on our meetings with our photographer to ensure we were all on the same page with the timeline. On the day of, we had an issue that caused our ceremony to be delayed for an hour and Debbie helped us adjust the timeline and even eventually got us back on track with the original timeline! All of the decorations were done exactly how I had envisioned them, and she even added a few touches I hadn’t thought of. I didn’t learn until after the wedding that one of our bartenders had called in sick, but Debbie again saved the day and called in one of her bartenders. I was on the fence about getting a coordinator at first, but I am so glad we did and that we went with Debbie. I truly don’t know what we would have done without her!
