I visited this location for the first time and was highly impressed with their line management. My order was taken and delivered to my car before I even reached the window! They did forget my whipped cream, but the Blended White Mocha is great without it. If you've never been to a Dutch Bros, sign up on their app and get a free drink. Also ask about their free stickers (and dog bandanas!)
NOTE- They only have drinks, no food.

I stopped by this location after running some errands, and the girl who took my order was so sweet and professional. Even when I didn't initially know what I wanted, she made a suggestion and was patient with my ever changing mind.
The other worker who was there was also so nice and professional.
Both of them provided excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Great place to get coffee!

These folks know coffee! Even if you don't like coffee they have several other options. They are friendly, fast and consistent. That's how you get repeat business and that's why I'll be back ever trip I make to Decatur. And possibly the entire reason for going to Decatur.

Great employees who are very nice, this location was very busy but it was definitely worth the wait, I ordered the tropical blended lemonade drink and the strawberry lemonade blended drink. This location has a sitting area outside which is really nice.

Normally the service is fantastic, this is my favorite location but today the service was awful. The woman, black hair in a low ponytail, no idea her name, was unbelievably rude. I was asking her about the specials and she didn't seem to even have the time of day for me. I ordered 3 drinks and had to repeat my order multiple times because she just wouldn't look at me or she just didn't care to take my order at all. I was the only one in line so it wasn't like I was making the line longer by asking about the new drinks. I eventually was able to get her to hear me but not without side eyeing her coworker as if I was being rude. I definitely was not being rude, I stutter when I am nervous. A little patience would have been nice, had I not been the only person there customer wise I would have got it. Like yeah huge line, get your drinks go. But it was just me 🙁

Best coffee around town! The staff is so friendly and kind, I always look forward to seeing them. If there is a line it always moves fast, their service is amazing. The coffee itself is so yummy. I’ve had the Golden Eagle, Carmel Pumpkin and Kicker, all fantastic tasting. I think what I love the most is that the drink taste is consistent, you always will get the same tasty drink. Thank you Dutch Bros for coming to Decatur!!!

Amazing and friendly people and atmosphere. I got the Picture perfect drink, it was amazing. It had caramel and chocolate sauce and it was great and it costed less than your average coffee shops. I'm definitely coming back!!

Was traveling and wanted a cup of coffee. Decided to go with their basic frozen/blended drink. It was labeled as 6.00 on the menu but I was informed that it is actually 6.59. so the drink itself was great but if you can't be honest, upfront and clear with your prices then I will not shop at any of your locations. I understand 50 cents isn't a lot but I feel like misleading your customers is a very bad business tactic. Do better and stop being greedy, its already over priced due to greed, don't make it worse by misleading or not changing your prices on the menu because "it's too expensive" to have your menus updated every 3 days when you raise prices on consumers. Will not be recommending or shopping at any location again.
