The rooms are nicely updated and comfortable. Great value, clean rooms and convenient location for where I needed to be. I checked in after 10pm and rang the buzzer as directed and the young gentleman came out quickly. He was courteous & professional. I also noticed a Gideon Bible in the bedside stand. Glad they still do that! I will stay here again on my next trip.

Great place. We got the King suite with jacuzzi tub and man is it nice having it in your room. Definitely recommend but book your room with the hotel. Staff is super friendly. Our room was really nice and clean. Great location and for the freaky at heart the Adam and eve store is right next door.

A fully renovated motel in the heart of Bend, Oregon. The facilities were very nice and comfortable. The staff was nice. No issues experienced throughout my stay. They didn’t have any extra utensils or paper plates, but that’s OK! Just bring your own 🙂 Will be staying here again for sure!! there is hot water available anytime I used the bathroom, unsure of the comments that say that there is no hot water. Highly recommended staying here.

Great place for a great price. Good hot water and pressure except low shower head. The bed frame had a metal, flexible covering that sounded like thunder every time we bumped it. But we would definitely stay again!

Close to walk to breweries. Great Cuban restaurant across the street.

This is the WORST place I have ever stayed in. Do not stay here. You’re better off sleeping on the ground in the parking lot.

Aside from the most glaring issue of not having hot water. There were many other dangerous and illegal (violating ADA guidelines) problems with the room.

The flooring in front of the bathroom door has a 3" depression causing it to sit lower than the rest of the floor. I am disabled and walk with a cane. This is very dangerous and illegal. The concave nature of the floor is unsafe and it is unimaginable how a city or state inspector permitted this.

Also, there was no phone even though the front desk person insisted there was. The front desk person repeatedly insisted there was a phone in the room. When he came to attempt to turn the water on, he looked for a phone— the was no phone. This is obviously a problem, in regards to the inability to call for help should our cellphones be inoperable.

Positive: "" Negative: The TV wasn?t working at all. They didn?t have even basic cable and used an antennae instead, which was disabled with the heavy snowfall. That?s a basic amenity I expect to work, even at a budget motel.

My husband and I were honestly pretty impressed with what we got for the price. We only stayed for a night to attend a show at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater which was a very short drive away. The staff was kind and the room was very clean and recently updated. Biggest drawbacks were the sheets were pretty rough and the shower curtain had no liner so option was to soak the floor or soak the curtain. Felt safe and despite getting a room pretty close to the road, it was really quiet. Would definitely consider it as an option for future short stays in Bend.
