The hostess was very kind and enjoyable to talk to, extremely knowledgeable about the area, and had amazing hospitality –– fresh flowers in the room, homemade cookies, and very generous portions of delicious breakfast. She even made four freshly baked bran muffins and apple crisp and I was here solo. Very clean and beautifully furnished home in a serene setting. My only complaint is the mattress –– it was super firm, the metal-spring type. It was very painful and hard to get sleep with my arthritis.

We were excited to snag one of the two rooms of this adorable bed and breakfast while visiting Hocking Hills in OH. We had no reservations on a beautiful fall weekend, and we were lucky to find this hidden gem. Anna, our host, was wonderful. Everything was quiet (except for the home football road noise), clean, and delicious breakfast was served. This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to happen upon!

We stayed here 2 nights for our anniversary. . We rode our motorcycle out to ride Ohio's windy 9 and to hike some of Hocking Hills. Anna's hospitality is amazing, she made us feel right at home. She even let us park our motorcycle in her garage. We had home made cookies waiting in our room. Breakfast was delicious, she made us fresh fruit bowl, scrambled eggs, bacon and muffins for our first day and the second day we had french toast, sausage links and fresh fruit. I will definitely be back.

We've stayed here 3 different times and every one of those stays was just wonderful! Amazing and delicious breakfasts,starting with fresh fruit and muffins. Quiet peaceful setting,spacious rooms that are very clean! Anna is a great hostess~stocks a small fridge upstairs outside your door with water,pop and juice. Also a coffeemaker right outside your door.||Beautiful outdoor space that is private. Great for relaxing evenings. She also has many games,books and movies on hand. Love staying here!

Loved our overnight stay. Enjoyed the historic building, the nice outdoor space to sit an talk on a lovely night, and the breakfast was delish! Anna, the owner, is very sweet and we enjoyed talking with her.

A beautifully kept house,clean and comfortable. About 30 minutes from Hocking Hills,nice drive through the country to this peaceful home! Anna was so nice and the food was so good. Fresh baked cookies on our arrival and fresh fruit withour hot breakfasts. Felt very relaxed and at home. Good recommendations for our evening meals. Two nice quiet evenings in the enclosed patio,had a fire in the firepit the second night. Will definitely be back!

The hospitality here is absolutely amazing. Anna is a very kind hearted person with many stories to tell. My wife and I stayed here for a night to hike in Hocking Hills. The owner allowed us to choose the time we wanted breakfast. That morning she had made us a delicious home made meal (eggs, bacon, home baked scones, and a bowl of mixed fruit) and coffee. Her house is beautiful and her garden outside with the outdoor fire burner is stunning. It's only a 25 minute drive from Hocking Hills and sits in a small, quiet town. Yes, there is WiFi here as well.
Highly recommend. Great for the price.

This "B & B" is about twenty miles from the "Hocking Hills" area. We love to stay at bed and breakfasts, because they know so much about their area and are proud to make suggestions as to what are must dos in their area. We were greeted by Anna, the innkeeper and owner, then she took us to see our two room suite on the second floor. Decorated in a Victorian motif, the queen sized brass bed had a combination colored comforter in green, rose, cream, and pink. Homemade pillows added accent to the bed. A chambler pot sat on the floor by the one dresser. A full ensuite bathroom was between the bedroom and our private setting room. This second room was decorated with white wicker furniture and a day bed. Our suite was decorated with other time appropriate accents. The rooms did lack a television. Freshly baked cookies were placed in our room both days. We also had something freshly baked as part of our hot breakfast. Each day, there was fresh fruit, which started our breakfast. Then, we would have a hot entry. Each day's breakfast was really good and special. Anna knew the area, so she could suggest picturequest places for photographs. If we are in this area, we will stay there again.
