This was the best place that I have ever stayed at. Hotel was very clean. The employees were so polite and accommodating, always willing to talk to you even housekeeping and they all spoke clear English so you could understand them. LOVE the kickback idea, they have a few difference meals served 5:30 - 7:00 for you at no charge. Awesome food, and it wasn't just hot dogs and burgers. Main dish would consist of Chicken Penne or BBQ Pork or Meatballs along with vegetables, soup and salad. Can't go away hungry. Best EVER Hotel.

I love this chain of hotels! The one in Flagstaff is AMAZING!!!! This one was good too but Flagstaff gets first place :). Definitely would stay here again. CLEAN. FRIENDLY. And they give you food! Breakfast and heavy apps from 5:30pm-7pm. They have a gym that’s in good shape. Only downside to the gym is if there is more than 2 people wanting to use the free weights, next to no space.

Perfectly located east of the I-10, north of the 101 at the northern edge of Phoenix. Very quiet rooms. Good parking, big lobby, friendly staff, wonderful happy hour with free snacks (it was actually a full meal) and alcoholic drinks. Our room was very nice, nothing to complain about. I love the brand, I enjoy the snacks and drinks, the pools are always very good, wifi works easily. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I am only confused as to the points one collects. I have never booked a room directly with Drury, instead I used online websites such as hotels.com. In some Druries, I get points for my stay, in others I don't.

We stayed here for one night in December during our road trip, and we cannot say enough good things about this place.
Firstly, they serve very good breakfast and dinner buffet, which is complimentary as part of your stay. This is a huge benefit especially when you are traveling with kids.
Secondly, the staff there is phenomenal. The lady at the reception, the lady at the buffet, and all other staff, just were so welcoming and so helpful. There was this one elderly lady in the staff (who was once a teacher), she was just so nice to my little girl, I will never forget her. I wish I could remember their names, but nonetheless all of them were amazing.❤️❤️
Thirdly, we left the room with a closet full of jackets and clothes 🤦🏻‍♀️, and they kept everything secured and returned us all when we went back to pickup. Just so thankful that we forgot out stuff here and not anywhere else 😂
The pool and the amenities looked beautiful and so tempting but we couldn’t use it this time. Next time for sure!! 😀
We highly recommend this place to everyone. If you are reading this and are still confused, then go ahead and just BOOK IT!! 😀😀

This stay-cation was so inviting. The staff are so kind and the hot tub was wonderful. The meals and drinks provided is beyond any other main stream hotel/motel. Special note: hotel bar Molten Lava Cake is top tier 100%

This was an incredibly nice hotel and the evening meal and breakfast made it an incredible value for my family. The staff were all genuinely nice and welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful and spacious and clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable. I couldn’t ask for more!

From start to finish my stay over Thanksgiving break was amazing! Duane made us feel so welcome and his customer service was top notch! He made sure my kids and I were well taken care of.
The breakfast, dinner, and happy hour was the icing on the cake.
This hotel has it all!
My kids and I also loved the heated indoor/outdoor pool.
I can't wait to stay here again!

The staff at this place was phenomenal! From check in to check out. The restaurant we very nice and Ken and Karin made our time there special.
The rooms were updated and very clean. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
It was my first stay at a Drury Inn and i am very impressed!
