Honestly quite shocked! My mother was visiting from out of town and we reserved her a room. The room was in great condition and fairly modern and new. Customer service from check in to dining was great. Love the breakfast and happy hour they offer, so helpful when you’re not forced to leave the hotel for something to eat.

We love Drury Inns and always stay with them, if possible. Great value for families! Service is always great. Rooms are top notch. Great location. Full breakfast and dinner 'snacks' (enough for a meal) plus drinks are included in the price. We've never had an issue no matter the location for more than a decade.

We stayed at the Drury Inn in Arizona for Thanksgiving to see our grandchildren from Utah. We loved it so much we came back for Christmas. We will always stay here when we come to visit. They take pretty good care of you. They have fast elevators, clean rooms, pool, & eating area, & they feed you. Its right next to the 101 & 202 & its close to the mall. There is so much more. I dont have any complaints about this hotel. Not to mention, the entire staff is just amazing. We will be back.

I’d say my stay was almost perfect. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Extra food provided was a nice bonus along with free refreshments. The only MAJOR downside I experienced with this hotel is that I accidentally left my AirPods in my hotel room on the bed and conveniently the hotel can’t find them. I called twice and no one ever returned them. Sad to know that this was the case. I don’t think I could ever comfortably stay here or recommend to anyone knowing this.

We have chosen this chain of hotels previously and were not disappointed. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and tidy. They also have a 5.30pm kick back which is a selection of food and drinks. They also have something called Kitchen & Bar which is promoted online and in room. We went thinking it was part of the deal only to be told you had to pay for what you purchased. Maybe be honest and put a menu up and price list instead of deceiving people. So beware it is not free. Have emailed a complaint and awaiting a response.

My absolute favorite hotel in this price range I rarely have an issues. The rooms are
clean, staff is welcoming, well except this time.
I had a long travel day driving from Calif to here, and then hit traffic that held us up for an hour after a 7 hour drive, awful.
I got to the hotel just before 7.
Celeste checked me in, she was great.
I got to the restaurant for their buffet 2 minutes after 7.
One of the women said ‘help yourself, you’ve had a long travel day’, the other one, working the bar said, ‘we’re not supposed to let you’.
It boils down to empathy. Other than that woman, it was a great stay. Thank you Drury for understanding travelers. You set the bar high for your competitors.

Greta value. Breakfast was great and included in the price. First time ever having a mid day snack included as well. Pet friendly which was perfect for my girlfriend and I as we brought our dogs. Will definitely stay again when in town.

This is a great hotel. Nice rooms, great staff, reasonably priced and family owned. The breakfast is great as well. Much better than the other hotels we stayed at in the area. The happy hour is awesome. I would not stay anywhere else when we are in the area.
