We stayed here on Christmas night, exhausted from a long day of hiking in Sedona. ||This is a truly a wonderful and welcoming hotel -- a wonderful model for the Drury chain as a whole. ||The free supper buffet was really well done. Lots of options -- on our night, alfredo pasta with chicken, a baked potato bar, chilli, and hot dogs. The employees were on top of their game and incredibly friendly (shoutout to Kennedy and all of the tremendous staff who gave up their time on Christmas). Viviana was incredibly welcoming to us and checked us in efficiently. ||The rooms themselves had everything you wanted and were spacious. The hotel is large and was busy when we spent the night. Everything in the room was clean and up to Drury standards. ||Didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked great. I believe there may be a workout facility on the premises as well. ||The Drury Inn Flagstaff will meet all of your needs with joy. Another special thank you to the staff for demonstrating the true gift that exists in quality customer service during the season of giving.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at this Drury Inn location.

The staff were absolutely phenomenal and we could tell that they take great pride in making their guests feel heard and welcomed. There wasn't a question I had that couldn't be answered or couldn't be accommodated, all the while being friendly about it. This is a time that I felt like staff genuinely cared about my experience here.

The location of this hotel is also nice if you are looking for somewhere that isn't too far off the beaten path and is walkable to downtown Flagstaff. It also being situated close to the NAU property would be a bonus for anyone needing to stay close to campus.

We felt that the hotel offered great value for money considering that the rooms were clean and not cramped, couples with the various food offerings at breakfast and throughout the day. What a pleasant change of pace it was to see snacks and other food offerings at another point other than breakfast!

All in all, we will absolutely return to this property based on the great experience we had.

This is the perfect location for our family to stay while visiting our Lumberjack or attending NAU games. The rooms are a little dated, but the welcoming service by the GM Andrew and his staff well make up for it. They go out of their way make you feel valued beyond just at the check in desk. The breakfast has something for everyone, including biscuits & gravy and an oatmeal bar. The happy hour food is often so filling we skip going out to dinner. If you're traveling with teens, I highly recommend staying in a suite for the living room area so everyone has their own space.

Nice hotel in central location in Flagstaff within walking distance to downtown. Very friendly staff. Happy hour and a light meal included as well as a good breakfast. Only downside to our stay was that after we checked in the front desk staff told me the pool and hot tub were closed. We were looking forward to the hot tub. One recommendation would be to add night lights to the bathrooms as they are very dark at night.

We stayed here on 1/6/25 in room 214. The hotel is located on the NAU campus. There is some parking in front of it, more on the street (dedicated spots) in the back of it and additional spots in the parking garage across the street in the rear of the hotel. There is a bridge connecting the garage to the hotel. You room key will activate the garage gate if it is down. All parking is free.||Check in was great and they had an evening appetizer offering that was very good. They provided drink coupons (2 drinks per coupon). This occurs in the same area you have breakfast in. The breakfast was good, similar to a Hampton or BW.||Room 214 was a mini suite (living room area separate from the bed room area. There were two TV's, a pull out couch, two queen beds and a work desk. There was a balcony with 2 chairs. The bathroom was good sized and had decent counter space. The water pressure was fine. The room was comfortable a little noisy up to 9 pm. It's located next to the common game room area so you get some noise earlier in the evening. After 9 pm it was quiet.|The internet was good for email and web surfing. The TV offerings were OK.|Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Could I give this place 10 stars Everyone was SO nice here! Room was great. CLEAN. The breakfast is amazing! The happy hour from 5:30pm-7pm is amazing! Hotels should take note from Drury Inn. Best hotel chain around.

Although room was clean and linens fresh, my kids who are sensitive to pet dander started sneezing and coughing as soon as we entered the room. I had asked for a pet-free room but the staff told me that all rooms are pet-friendly. I suggest the hotel section off a floor or a hall of rooms that will be one time deep cleaned and reserved for guests who prefer a pet-free room.

Check-in was smooth and quick. First impression of the hotel was good. Very clean and spacious lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The king size bed was just right slept very well. The breakfast and evening meals were great. The included adult beverages for the evening meal was a plus!
