The heated pool was too chilly for us seniors, but part of it is outside so that's probably why. But the hot tub was big and wonderful! We missed dinner but had breakfast and that was delicious! And the free pop and popcorn is great

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. We appreciated that they engaged with guests and were not sitting around on their cell phones ignoring guests, which has been our experience far too often at other hotels recently. Great job management! Our room was clean and spacious, parking is ample, and the food here is top notch for a Drury. They truly go above and beyond with the food, which is appreciated. Overall a great stay and we appreciated the affordability of the pricing.

First off let me say Drury is my favorite chain. Have stayed at both Polaris and Dublin in Columbus, but first time at Grove City. First impression was amazing. Lobby looked beautiful and clean and gentleman at the front desk for check in was wonderful. The room was extremely clean. From there my disappointment started. The hotel was extremely crowded and one of the elevators was not working so that caused very long lines and wait times at the elevator and overstuffed elevators which honestly was concerning. Went down to the complementary dinner at 5:30 and the line for both food and drinks was just crazy. Opted to leave and go out to eat. Back in the room the mattress was extremely broken in and extremely soft and uncomfortable. All these hotels are near the highway, but this one especially was extremely loud. Felt like the window was open. The fan in the room was also loud, but did not drown out the outside noise. Woke up after a rough night of hardly sleeping and headed down to breakfast at 9 am. Another long wait for the elevator and then was greeted by another extremely long line. After a 20 minute wait finally made it to the breakfast bar. They were out of both oatmeal and eggs. The waffle station was in the middle of the line and really held up the line. They should have the waffles over by the bar area, as I’ve seen at other locations. Following breakfast I returned to a housekeeping employee about to enter my room despite the do not disturb sign and the fact that I had no checked out yet. Considering I left my purse in there when I went to breakfast, that was concerning. Went down to check out and a woman walked up to me and took my keys and asked if I needed a physical copy of the receipt or was an email fine. I said email was fine. I waited until Monday evening, the following day, and still no receipt. I had to call back and get one emailed to me. Instead of apologizing the front desk employee said did you check your spam box, which yes I did prior to calling. It should not be that difficult to just honor the request. I did finally get the requested receipt. With so many other options in the Columbus area, including two other Drury hotels, I would suggest bypassing this one. I will say this is the first time I have EVER written a negative Drury review.

I felt terrible for recommending this hotel. I have previously stayed at the Drury Polaris quite a few times and loved it. However, this one will not get a repeat visit! Not updated. Only 1 elevator was working, and the hotel was packed. We were supposed to have 2 queen beds, and we got full beds, which were not comfortable. Could not get to hot tub, it was full of young children.

Dakota made our stay AWESOME! He’s very personable.. gave my daughter a positive pep talk for her state board test and helped us with any need we had. He is a keeper for this hotel… hands down!

My experience at Dury on Saturday 4/12 was HORRIBLE. It's started off great until my child niece's and sister were being disrespected and treated unfairly while at the pool area. A group of kids who were unsupervised were throwing ice at my girls while in the pool, saying mean nasty words and remarks to the adults who were supervising my children. The group Even went and got an employee of the hotel and accused them of stealing their belongings. That situation made my family so uncomfortable that they left the pool area. This is not my first stay at this location, I actually Love this Hotel and stay here frequently but this stay this weekend disappointed me so bad. Other than the pool situation, the kick back is amazing as always. Breakfast is hot and fresh and always replenished.

Very nice hotel. Clean, friendly staff, many restaurants nearby. Dinner is included in your stay and they serve a variety of options. Three alcoholic beverages are included as well as unlimited soft drinks,coffee, tea. The staff was amazing. Everyone made you feel welcome and went out of the way to help if needed.

Very friendly staff, especially Francisco. He took care of the only issue that I had. The place was very busy, but still had an excellent stay. We enjoyed the pool, both the indoor and outdoor heated pool...in February! We enjoyed the dinner foods and the breakfast foods.
