My room was nothing as pictured on Priceline or on Google. This is a hospital that was converted into a hotel and there is definitely spirits there. And the room has a shared toilet with the room next door. The door from the bathroom on my side does not lock. So anyone is free to come in there while I sleep? I expected to start hearing banjos or scary movie music. Creep factor 10/10. I left within 30 minutes. And I’m very upset that Priceline wouldn’t give me a refund “because I checked in”.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. We accidentally booked with this place just so we could sleep somewhere on our way through Oklahoma. I guess you can call anything a hotel nowadays because this is literally an old retirement home/care center. It's like a ghost town around here. There was nobody here, not even staff members. There's nobody at the front desk, and you have to call this random number to get any service.

The rooms are dysfunctional, to say the least. Each wall is a different material, there's no working heat so it's freezing, there's a conjoined toilet that can be accessed by the room next to you, the furniture is over a decade old, and none of the doors have actual locks on them so we had to resort to shoving a chair under the door for saftey. They also have a pet fee that's twice as much as how much it costs to stay a night here, which makes no sense.

The worst part is that this room was nasty. One move of the blanket, and I found so many stains. There were bloodstains, marker stains, and other unidentifiable stains on the mattress/sheets. I wouldn't be surprised if they haven't replaced the furniture from the previous business at all.

It was quiet here, but only because there was literally no one else crazy enough to stick around. There's no breakfast here or food anywhere nearby. The water did not want to get hot in the shower thats built into the corner of the room. The mini fridge would kick on and make a whirring sound all throughout the night. And the walls are paper thin so you could hear people breathe in the next room.

All in all, this place gave me the creeps, wasn't clean, in the middle of nowhere, and made me feel unsafe. I'm not even sure how this place was allowed to open up and take peoples money. There are a bunch of violations honestly. It's not worth 40 bucks for a sleepless night. You'd be better off sleeping in your car honestly.

Positives: The couple who manage it were pleasant. However, they were off property when I arrived, so I had to wait about 45 min to check in. Pets are allowed with no extra fees.||||||Negatives: The location is down the backroads & isolated. If you need anything at all, you must drive onto town..you can’t even get a pizza delivered there. ||||Ok. The room pictures shown online are blatantly false. Not just photoshopped ..but just lies. The exterior is accurate, I thought it had been a school. Ohh no. It used to be a hospital/nursing home facility around the 60’s to 80’s, Little to no attempt was made to freshen up the place. I’m not some new age crystal chic, but I would not have booked there had I known. Just bad energy..the place a chaotic maze of dark, stale hallways that are packed full of…stuff. Just old stuff which was…weird. ||||The Room (Single Queen). No. Just no. I was so pissed that I made side by side pictures of what was advertised vs what I got, which I have attached. I think they adequately show how horrible it was. I mean…the shower randomly just there in the middle of the room was enough…no need to add the whole ‘you might..probably will get murdered or possessed during your stay’ vibe to it. ||||This whole thing was a debacle. The aesthetic was just gross…but it is actually in a state of disrepair that is hazardous. There was a weird old industrial style 2 unit plug-in behind the headboard that had a broken cover and exposed wiring, and I would not be surprised if there was extensive mold growing under the carpet by the shower…I did not see or smell any evidence of that though. Everything was at least 10yrs out of date, even the tv. ||||Honestly the thing that bothers me the most is the blatant false advertising that this chain engages in. ‘Oh, we’re a cute little budget boutique hotel….obviously they have zero regard for the customer.

First of all went out of my way because of the good reviews and man were they misleading. The sheets on the bed were dirty and had hair all over them. Locks on the door would not work. No smoke detector. No peep hole in the door. No hot water. One towel for the shower witch is next to the bed. Ac filter was solid dust would barely work before I cleaned the filter. They did tell me the internet was down but not that the cable was also out so no t v. Very then walls I could hear everything the neighbors were saying. Table had sticky stuff all over it. Apparently this was a hospital they turned into a motel. It shows.

Not sure when we pulled up; two different buildings, apparently one of them used to be a hospital, now converted to hotel rooms. The manager who lives on site was an absolutely marvelous hostess, showing us different rooms to choose from up-and-down a long corridor. She made certain we had towels and helped us plug items in and turn things on. The owner apparently owns an antique store and has quite a few pictures & furniture there on site. A/C, coffee maker, fridge, microwave in rooms. There is also a large kitchen that one can use as well. My husband and I even played a game of pool next to the jukebox near the lobby before we heated up our dinner. Cable tv. Pet friendly really, no extra charge. Very reasonable rate including taxes $62.00. Daily weekly and monthly rentals. We would've loved to stay there longer. There is a park and children's area with a covered large picnic table next-door. The only negative is having to get off Rte 44 on to Rte 99, which loops back to 44 towards Tulsa.

Incredibly nice staff. Room was somewhat old-fashioned, but in a charming sort of way rather than tacky. Very welcoming, very clean, pet friendly, and the staff make a habit of asking if they can do anything to make your stay more pleasant. My only real complaint would have to be the shower. Not that it was dirty, but simply the size of it. Very small and narrow, and the water pressure was kind of low. Aside from that minor annoyance though, no issues whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again.

We were so skeptical about this place at first. Once we got there all concerns vanished. We stayed on two separate occasions. The first time we had a king room with an oven and stove. The room was ok on size and had a nice sized bathroom but the shower was very very small. The rooms were super clean. Free onsite laundry for guests which is always a plus. The second time around we got the king (suite? ) . It was huge, king bed, 2 couches, full size fridge and oven/stove, and 6 seater kitchen tAble. The bathroom was also huge for a motel with full size bath/shower, and it's own washer and drier in the room. Honestly this room was the size of a smaller apartment. Super clean, and the manager deana was just always amazing and helpful. Working on the road you always love to come across places like this!

The rooms overall are pretty good. There wasn't a problem with cleanliness in the room we stayed in. The bed was actually pretty comfortable and love that our room had a full size fridge and a 4 burner stove with oven. The FREE laundry right across the hall from our room was an unexpected bonus. Only bad thing about that is people tend to leave their laundry in there so I just placed it elsewhere. My two complaints about this room was that the shower is absolutely horrible! ive never in my life dreaded taking a shower. It is tiny and the shower head is constantly spraying in your face cause you have no place to move. The other complaint is that its always so hard to try to find someone around here. The week manager is pretty good about getting things done once you call but over the weekend it seems to be ridiculous. Called to pay and said someone would be down and I finally left after waiting 30 minutes. Walked around to find someone and couldn't find a worker in sight. So overall its a fairly good place to stay. Small town so for any kind of entertainment you gotta go a little ways.
