The people here are great. I have had an issue getting info from corporate on my lease agreement to get reimbursement. The club house and kitchenette were great. The pool is still not working. The laundry and showers are good.

I would stay here again. It's nice and quite an less than 5 minutes from a grocery store and gas stations.

The manager was over worked, not compensated for maintenance, and abused by this company when we first arrived.
The location is a parking lot. It USED to be a resort, but that is long gone. You pay a premium price for a resort that you do not get, although that price is still at market value around here so you decide yourself if it is worth it.

There is critical repairs needed that the company won't pay for (the load bearing beams in the pool are broken and in 2 years have not been repaired), there are recurring water shut offs without notice, the shower and laundry room are more broken than functional, and they have gone through 5 or 6 managers in two years (most of whomever we have talked to and discovered that repairs are repeatedly denied by the parent company). As an example, nobody wants to pay $20 for laundry just to have it smell like mold, and still retain your dirty laundry smell.

The stated rental price does NOT include all of the fees that they tack on. You cannot pay in person, so you pay a $5 convenience fee to pay online, with no other options since they stopped accepting mail in checks. Seriously?! Just tell us the price including all of your fees, the cost of running your operations should be a part of the sale and not additional line items. This complaint is true across many businesses though.

We are looking for a better location but have found none. This one is plain false advertising.

As for the residents, most are great people who look out for each other. And those that don't really associate with anyone do leave everyone else alone. So if you can stand the fact that the facilities are just for show so that they can charge more, then this is a great place.

This place is a joke. The website shows a nice clean pool and hot tub which in reality has been out of service most of this year. The pictures show pretty sites with nice grass which only some of the sites have. I was given #45 which looks like part of the gravel drive. It was so different from what was advertised that we didn't stay at all. The cancelation policy is communist, no refunds after 30 days? I didn't make the reservation until 4 days before the days we wanted to stay. Don't get ripped off, plan to go to the Boardman marina and RV park it's much better.

Made a reservation, which they charge for! (Never had to pay a fee for that). Arrived and office was closed. Called reservation line back to get our space #. Was not given a map or any info about wifi which a "resort" usually gives. There were 6 overflowing trash bins! We have stayed here before it was called a resort and it was much better. Never experienced a closed office in 20 years of rving. Fancy name but that's it. No real customer service and a $30.00 increase in price.

This place was a joke. Pool not available looked like some tweekers living there junk cars all over just not what was shown on site dint wast your gas to drive there no reason you'll just have to drive right out. Very disappointed granddaughter was looking forward to swimming and playing with other kids. Grass was all dead just not appropriate for what was advertised.

I hope others read this because we did NOT read the reviews until we were already here.. but we arrived long before closing and no employees to be found and no one to check us in.
Office? Locked and closed..
Rec center? No…
Pool? Door opens but under maintenance.. even though it says on their website maintenance was in Early 2024.. we are over half way through the year.
This is not a nice place. Would not recommend unless you have no other options and want hookups for your RV. We won’t even be staying our second night ✌🏻

This is probably one of the worst "resorts" we have ever stayed at. The office was closed at 3:30 in the afternoon and when I called I got voicemail and never a return call. Out "site" was a strip of blacktop with a number. The pool was closed and looked like it had been for quite some time. There are a lot of permanent residence sites that don't look like they have any rules regarding upkeep. You should be ashamed to charge the money you do for this place. I will not recommend this to ANYONE and will leave my feedback on all social media sites that I can.

We pulled in and the place was really quiet. (No hosts or office) I knew our spot number so we drove back there. I was in a cluster of people living in trailers. Not a problem, except our spot was permanently occupied and it was like a ghetto back there. Even if our spot would of been open, I would not of been comfortable. We contacted the phone number on the door. Everytime I would choose the option it told me to choose, phone just hung up. Tried multiple times on 2 phones. I finally just waited until someone picked up. I was told my space should be open. I assured them it was very much occupied and had been for quite sometime. She finally offered me a choice of 3 spots that would be open for the night. While dealing with this mess another camper told us he had just spent the last couple hours dealing with the same issue. Most of the campground is just a large vacant parking lot that I'm sure is unbearable in summer. We spent the night, uneasy with the situation and left nothing outside that night. The next morning we left on to a glorious camp trip.
