I recently got married at Drakewood Farms on April 26 and they went above and beyond what I would have expected! I felt like I was in a dream they truly made my vision board come to life and all of our guests and family are still raving about how beautiful the wedding was. My stylist and bridesmaids all said the staff was amazing they were always asking if I needed anything and double checking things with me and made the experience even better. Planning a wedding from Florida with the venue in Tennessee seemed daunting at first, but the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. The all-inclusive package was a game-changer. The photographer included in the package was absolutely amazing! They captured every moment perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier with the photos. The ceremony area was breathtakingly beautiful, and the wedding planners were truly on top of everything. They knew exactly what time to start our ceremony to ensure we got the best view of the sunset, making the moment even more magical.

Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food. It was delicious and beautifully presented, and it really added to the overall experience. The reception and ceremony decorations were stunning as well. I honestly felt completely comfortable handing over the reigns to the floral team, and they went above and beyond, exceeding all of our expectations.

My couple, Sarah and Sam booked drake wood for their wedding and it was absolutely perfect! The landscaping is absolutely beautiful and just perfect for pictures! It rained most of their wedding day and it was barely noticed because of how well the venue is set up for rainy days.
Pictures were a breeze! The staff is super helpful and professional, they seem to really care that your experience with them goes well. I have a few couples booked here for 2026 and I am super excited to get to shoot here again!

We had the best wedding experience working with Drakewood. The space itself is beautiful and exactly the aesthetic I was looking for. The ease of the All-Inclusive venue included the cake, caterer, bartenders, DJ, florist and event planners. We provided our own photographer, alcohol and any personal signage that we wanted. From the planning meeting to the day of the wedding, Drakewood was very helpful in making our dream wedding. I kept in constant communication with Drakewood of my vision and they were able to bring it to life!

My biggest advice when planning a big event is read the contract carefully of what is provided/included so you know the expectation of the venue/vendors. And take the initiative to ask the venue or vendors for what you want out of your event. Just because Drakewood provides "planners" doesn't mean they are planning every detail for you. They provide great suggestions, but if you have something specific or want to customize it to your event, you need to make that effort. I felt very confident going into my event because as a team I had taken the time to think through what we wanted with all the details. Of course, there will be "hiccups" throughout the day, but the event planners were able to quickly problem solve or just provide support.

Heather, LeeAnn and Arline are an amazing team and were so accommodating and lovely throughout the whole process! They are professional and willing to work with you on your vision.

Some highlights that guests noticed and raved about were the venue itself of the outdoor ceremony site, florals/table design and the food! As a couple, we had a blast and felt very supported during the planning process and the day of! Wedding planning really is a whirlwind and hard work, but we truly had the best experience with Drakewood and couldn't be happier with the results!

This venue is awesome. If I could give then 10 stars I would. They were very detail oriented and made sure everything was set up and done well for our day. They were kind and respectful and the all inclusive perk took a lot off of our plate so we could just enjoy the date. We loved the staff and we loved how beautiful the venue was. If you have a vision they will make it come true. I can't recommend them enough. Also, as an all inclusive venue, they have certain vendors they choose for you and their pick in vendors is amazing. We didn't have a single complaint about anyone involved in our wedding. They knocked everything out of the park!

We eloped at Drakewood Farm on July 17th and everything about the experience was perfect! Planning was all done through email so it was extremely easy. On the day of, the weather was iffy so we decided to move the ceremony inside. When we arrived, they told us the weather was looking a little more promising and if we really wanted the ceremony in the woods, they could quickly move everything back outside. We were so grateful that they were willing to move everything back last minute so that we could have our dream ceremony. We used their photographer, Ace Photography, and the pictures turned out beautiful. Everything about our day was perfect and stress-free thanks to the amazing people at Drakewood Farm! I would recommend this venue to any future brides!

One of the best parts was the flexibility they offered. They allowed us to bring in our own furniture and decor, which made our day feel so personalized and unique. The team fully embraced our ideas and worked seamlessly to incorporate all the details we brought in.

A special shoutout to our amazing day-of coordinator, Heather. She was an absolute rock star! Heather ensured everything went off without a hitch, coordinating all the details and making sure everything was exactly how we envisioned. Her calm, organized, and friendly demeanor put us at ease, and we knew we were in great hands.

And let’s not forget about the food — Crave Catering was phenomenal! The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests are still raving about it. From the appetizers to the main courses, everything was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. It truly elevated our reception and made the dining experience unforgettable.

Lastly, I have to mention the florals. I had a specific vision for everything, from the ceremony arch to the centerpieces, and they brought it all to life beautifully. The bouquet they created for me was absolutely stunning, beyond anything I could have imagined.

If you’re looking for a venue that truly listens to what you want and makes it happen, this is the place. The staff is attentive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to making your wedding day perfect. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly, highly recommend!

The venue was beautiful and the Drakewood team was outstanding! We chose the all inclusive micro-wedding package for 40. Everything was perfect and looked amazing. Our wedding day could not have been better than to the wonderful Drakewood team. Looking back now there isn't a single thing I would change about our day and the whole day went off without a hitch!

I did not want a large wedding nor did I want one that took a lot of effort. I wanted to be able to focus on the meaning of the day, rather than the work that typically goes into it. I desired for not only my husband & I to enjoy the wedding day but our parents and guests as well. I wanted this special day to be as seamless and stress free as possible, and the Drakewood team made that happen!

I absolutely loved planning my entire wedding in the 2-hour planning meeting. After that day, it was only little things to worry about. Anytime I had any questions, thoughts, or changes I wanted to make, all I had to do was text/email them and you could consider it done. The Drakewood team worked to coordinate with all the caterers (food and cake), photographers/ videographers, DJ, etc. to make sure everyone knew their role on our wedding day.

Just as they told us when we toured the venue, you do not set up, you do not clean up, you just show up! And they mean exactly what they say! I actually got to enjoy my wedding day and my family did as well. We did not have to set up a single thing or coordinate any of the vendors ourself. Everything was set up just perfect and the day could not have gone smoother. They even packed us up to-go plates and cake at the end of the night for us to have a late night meal if we wanted.

Getting married in June means tulips are far and few between. However, that was my flower of choice for my bouquet. The tulips Drakewood ordered for my bouquet did not all look up to the owner's standards, as she wanted everything to be just as perfect as I did. Arlene did everything she could to find more tulips to make the bouquet of my dreams. They created an entire bouquet with substitute flowers to try and match my vision as much as possible with the tulips they had. And the bouquet they created was beautiful... it just wasn't by tulips. After much effort from both Arlene and myself, we were able to find more tulips and make my dream bouquet! I could not have been happier with the result and absolutely loved my bouquet!! I have attached pictures of both the bouquet they created prior to getting more tulips as well as my dream bouquet, both were stunning!

We toured the venue end of December, booked it first of January, and got married early June. Could not have been an easier process!

Overall, our experience at Drakewood was amazing!! Highly recommend if you want a stress-free wedding where you don't have to do all the planning, setup, clean up, etc. that comes with the typical wedding!

Arline Beets (owner), Heather Davidson (event manager), LeeAnn (wedding planner) are just a few names I can remember that were terrific! Could not ask for a better team!!!

The girls did an amazing job! We live out of state and I was worried about everything falling into place the morning of, but they were outside waiting to greet us. Helping in every way they could. They even picked up our wedding cake made by crazi cakes, which was also a wonderful suggestion by the staff. I was really impressed by everything. If you’re a bride or groom that wants a beautiful wedding and the comfort of a flawless wedding this is the place.

I truly don’t have the words to express how great of a job Arline, Heather, Maddy, and other Drakewood Farm staff did for our recent wedding. Absolutely every detail was meticulously thought of and executed beautifully. When we had a question or something unexpected came up, they were 10 steps ahead of us. We forgot to put batteries in our polaroid camera, and by the time we realized, they had already noticed and put batteries in. When my mom had a crisis with her shoes, they did not hesitate to step in and help. Our guests were amazed at every little detail. The food (and cake) was phenomenal. Our bouquets were so much more elaborate and beautiful than we were even expecting. The in-house DJ went out of his way to accommodate our unique requests, and guests were amazed how the bartenders remembered their drinks (their espresso martinis were incredible). I could go on, but will end by saying I would highly recommend booking your wedding here for a stress-free and dream-like experience.
