I hired draft horse for my photo booth at my wedding and they were AMAZING! Ryan was so cool, kind, and fun! I couldn’t have asked for someone better to be at my event. I had an amazing time working with Draft Horse! Everyone loved the way the photos came out for the photo booth. The props were so fun and staff was beyond friendly. Draft Horse was absolutely phenomenal! We utilized their Photo Booth and Ryan was so professional, helpful and accommodating. He ensured we had the backdrop we were looking for and allowed us to make a custom photo strip with our logo on it. Our guests absolutely LOVED the Photo Booth. The photos are so fun and a great keepsake. We highly recommend Draft Horse!

Our organization has used Draft Horse Mobile events for two larger events and they were awesome! The servers and bartenders are professional, attentive, fun and make great drinks! They set up efficiently, helped create signature drinks and made sure the events ran smoothly. I absolutely plan to use them for future events!

Long story short, they did not deliver the services agreed upon.

We were excited about having a photobooth for our wedding and for our guest to leave the night with prints as a small wedding favor. We went with draft horse’s photobooth because of their packages/prices and prompt responses.

However, our wedding was on 10/20/23 and there was a big issue with the photobooth where prints were not available to our guests all night. Ryan and whoever runs their Facebook messenger confirmed twice that prints would be available to our guests…

After speaking with Ryan on 10/24 about the issues, he promised a $100 refund and to mail us the prints of pictures our guests took as a way for us to give to our friends and family. We did eventually receive the $100… but have yet to receive our prints, despite Ryan claiming he mailed them the day we first spoke and a month later saying he’d mail them out the next day with tracking info — we have not received a response from Ryan again. It is sad and frustrating because we really did only get a photobooth so that our guest can have that physical memory. We appreciate the attempt to make things right but services agreed upon were not delivered.
