We loved Chef Meeko's food and we so appreciated her kindness, flexibility and accommodation. Chef Meeko catered two meals for my dad's 90th birthday celebration and we enjoyed it all. We would definitely hire Chef Meeko again.

Down Home Southern Catering was awesome. The food was awesome and setup was beautiful. The cater arrived early and setup and also helped with serving the food and didn't leave until everyday was put away and cleaned. I will definitely used the company again. 10 all the way. Down Home Southern Catering really makes you feel like you are eating Grandma's cooking! The pasta salad is divine and the vegetarian choices were infused with flavor and everything was so fresh. The meal I had was fulfilling but not overwhelming...Great, good, old-fashioned cooking with a modern twist. Very innovative and creative and cooked with love. I will recommend this for all of your family and/or business events.

Me and my Fiancé were married on 9-13-24. We hired Down Home Southern Catering for the food. We had Chicken, shrimp, collards, Mac and cheese, rolls. The food was delivered ON TIME. The caterer stayed to setup, serve and take down. The meal was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. My guest devoured the food and it was plenty lfet to take home. The prices were more than fair for any budget. This company made my wedding special. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you hire them for your event, I promise you will not be disappointed. I'm definitely hiring them again for my next event. Thank again guys for all you did to make our wedding day special.

Chief Meko did an awesome job for my daughter’s wedding. She showed up at the time she promised and got to work setting up her station. The lay out was beautiful.

Now, to the most important thing, the food and I was not disappointed. The food she prepared was off the chain. My family and the guess had nothing but good things to say about the food. I will definitely keep Down Home Southern Catering on speed dial for all future events.
