Good service. Great catfish. What more could you want? How about good tartar sauce? We're from the Gulf Coast and tartar sauce should be creamy and not a relish. We were told it's a unique and old recipe. Leave it in the 20th century. Randi and Lily are great employees for your restaurant and hard workers. Thank you ladies!

I have eaten at the Peach Orchard many times in the last 40 years, and I have always loved it. Today's visit was no different. Food was very good, service was awesome, place looks just like it did when I first visited back in the 80s. I love the "ambiance". The only improvement I could suggest is ... go back to the pie tins, even the 1/2 order of fish and fries was too big for the basket it came in.

I wanted this place to be good. I love old restaurants. Unfortunately, my catfish was muddy and slimy. The flavor was off and the fries are soggy. My husband got the steak fingers. He liked them and the hush puppies were good. Service was OK. The waitress seemed a little grumpy.

It’s the service was awesome. Welcome me when I walked in the door. They were extremely helpful and friendly. I always had a smile on your face. The Fish what is amazing and so was fries but the tartar sauce was incredible. I’ll recommend Doug’s Peach Orchard to my friends and family. I look forward to my next visit.

Food is excellent highly recommend. Service was not so very good seems like she was more into gossiping with her co workers than doing her job. Atmosphere not the greatest building is old dust on pictured table cloth ripped. Needs a good cleaning.

Been coming here 40+years. We love this place but food quality has been inconsistent over the past few years. Glad to see the tarter sauce is almost back to normal and much better. The steak still needs to be more tenderized. Always have great service.

It used to be good. I guess no more. Very few customers on a Saturday nigh should have been a clue. We got calf fries that were inedible. Returned them and weren’t charged. The catfish and shrimp were way over cooked with what appeared old oil. They weren’t fit for human consumption. Even the fries were over cooked. We took our food home to feed the barn cats. Told our waitress. Her response, “Several people have complained and have sent their food back, it was either overcooked or under cooked.” Even the loaf bread was stale. The iced tea was rank. You’d think they’d be embarrassed to even serve food like that. They’ll be closed down within a month if they keep it up. I went with friends that had been going there for decades who said they’d never go back.

We had looked forward to trying this place for years.

With a name like "Peach Orchard" you would expect peaches or an orchard. This place has neither. Everything is fried. (That's not a problem!) But, not everything is fried well. The steak fingers are fantastic. The French fries aren't. The best thing that they serve is their tartar sauce. (That's not an indictment on the other things. The sauce is great!) But, despite having desserts, they don't offer anything with peaches. There could at least be a fried peach pie if you want to stay with the fried theme!
