I had to grab a room for some quick rest during an overnight layover, and the staff were above and beyond! Christopher at the front desk was very helpful and personable, and the late night shuttle driver (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name!) was so kind and polite. The room was comfy, clean, and just what was needed.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend in the Queen Suite and had a wonderful stay. The property is expansive, with spacious rooms and plenty of activities for the family, especially around the pool area. There’s ample seating throughout the property, making it easy to relax. We enjoyed breakfast, even though it wasn’t included in the room charges. The staff was incredibly welcoming and greeted us with their famous warm, delicious chocolate chip cookies. I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel near the airport, right off the freeway, and about a 5-10 minute drive to an area with lots of food options and stores. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. There's also a pretty cool area in the middle with a pool and hot tub, as well as a big chess and connect for game and ample seating.

Very nice hotel! I stayed here for a week for a work trip and the rooms are very nice and spacious. You can get to and from the airport with ease, and you are near a lot of main rooms to help get anywhere you need to quickly. Only downsides of the location is there is not a lot of food options to walk to, and you have to pay for parking. Besides that the hotel is very nice and I will highly recommend to anyone!

We spent one night here over the weekend. We had come to town to purchase an RV; making us new RV drivers, excited, and tired upon arrival. Discovered that RV key was attached with a strong chain cable to gear shift. Front desk staff went above in beyond to track down a wire cutter from the Maintenance Department. They put us in a room that overlooked the RV for security of their own accord. Room was comfy, clean and affordable.

We really appreciate some good old fashioned customer service. Michael at the front desk, Patrick in the restaurant, and Misty who helped find document folder left behind and get it shipped to us were especially helpful.

I will visit this location again and again. The staff is amazing very professional and helpful. The staff are the people that keep the hotel running, and I feel they have the BEST team in place. The food is tasty, and the rooms are super CLEAN. Management is very friendly and made sure everything flowed smoothly every day. I love this place. The City and surrounding areas are beautiful. I had a great experience the whole time I was here.

Worst. Hilton. Ever.
All amenities are closed or not included and can be added for an extra fee. This place is the king of the “oh for $30 extra you can have that”. Like parking. Not included? What? Pool and hot tub are closed for maintenance. The entire place seems to be built to keep people out, not to welcome them in. Parking isn’t near the front doors, the elevator is outside, not really close to parking or the front desk. Rooms are fine. With an absence of personality or anything that feels alive.

If I'm honest, this place is really a 2 1/2 star, but I'm rounding up to give them the benefit of the doubt. Our room was clean, reasonably comfortable, and close to the pool. Was it great? No, but I have certainly stayed in many places with lower standards of maintenance and cleanliness.

My big issue is with the staff. The staff on duty when we checked in were fine, but the front desk staff member working there the next morning was flat out rude to me. I went to use the Starbucks machine and he yelled at me, telling me he didn't have time to take care of charging it to my room and forced me to stand at the front desk while he ran around like a chipmunk on speed.

I have no idea what he was doing that was so important, nor do I have any idea why it was such a challenge for him to just bill it to my room, but he made me wait long enough that the coffee for my better half was basically lukewarm by the time I got back to the room. Very not cool, tweaking chipmunk desk dude.
