We travel to a lot of hotels and I must say the staff here has been amazing. They even asked how our baby girl was doing when I came to the front desk for a water this morning. The food and the chef at the restaurant here was amazing. The breakfast was just a breakfast but for dinner we had the pizza and angus burger and was amazing. My daughter wanted to tip the kitchen staff because she said it was the best burger and fries she has ever had. He was super nice and talked to us a minute. I think he was surprised but my family likes tipping the chefs when we get amazing food. This is definitely my new hotel to use when visiting family in the area.

I loved my stay. The customer service was impeccable. When we arrived, we were tired and hungry, the attendant was patient and helpful and showed us to the nearest Waffle House. It was A+ service. I recommend this hotel for excellent service. The hotel was clean and neat. I love it. The breakfast was stellar. It was nicely laid out. I was going through a difficult time due to family related emergency. I could not think clearly and I was worried. Just having the nice attendant, clean room, and breakfast took my mind off of worries. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Horrible rooms! Upon arrival I did a full check of the room and the showers were extremely dirty! The bathroom overall was not clean. The counter tops were dirty which led me to having to do a full cleaning. The location isn’t bad but the room and overall cleanliness of the hotel is very poor. If there could be some cleaning done (especially those carpet areas) it will help out a lot. I would not book at this location again, but I sure hope they start cleaning better.

We were in town for an event my husband had to minister at. We had reservations for Hampton Inn next door. We always try to stay in the Hilton brand because of cleanliness and quality. The Hampton Inn we reserved was by far one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. We left and went to DoubleTree next door and THANK GOD they had room for us. The cookies were great, the never ending bottles of water were great and the staff was awesome! Just what we needed after a horrible experience next door. The hotel is a little dated, but it was far cleaner than the Hampton next door!

The Food is very expensive for the quality you get. The place is going under construction and the hotel is not clean. It is very dirty, also my computer bag was stolen and the staff did not care. I am assuming the person that entered my room thought my computer was in the bag when they took it. So if you decide to stay at this hotel you will go into a hotel that is under construction, rooms are dirty, overpriced breakfast and you risk your items being stolen. The staff will also not care. I have read over the reviews and all the reviews are consistent with my review. Do not stay here!!!!!

This hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was buffet style. Everything I ate was good. I was giving the option of digital key and choosing a room, which is useless because rooms get switched as needed. Bar staff and Front desk, Chelandria, was extremely nice and my son loves those cookies ?. I gave 3 stars only because my room didn't have that top security lock and I didn't feel as safe as I wanted to feel. In this day, its a must.

Trae or Trey, refused to give us more water ? he said customers were only allowed two water bottles per stay. Which is probably true but come on, it’s just water. We are diamond members, and unfortunately had to leave the comfort of the hotel for some water. Come on guys, gotta do better!

This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was disgusting, the elevator didn't work forcing me to take the stairs or trek the entire hotel to get to my room (thank god I am physically able to take the stairs!), the bathroom was covered in mold, the receptionist gave me a replacement key without asking for any proof of who I am (I did the digital check in so this was their first time seeing me), the hardware in the room was broken, rusted or on upside down. And the A/C barely worked! It was also set on a time to "reset" and kept the room at 75 despite me setting it to 69. The A/C would kick off, and when it did work it shook the bathroom to no end. The hair dryer cord was too short to even allow use of the device. I also found hair on my "clean" towels. ||The bathroom was covered in mold and dirt. Lights were crooked and half didn't work, the ceiling had holes in it and it was just all around the worst place I have ever stayed.||If my stay was longer than just a couple nights I would've gone anywhere else. I see why there are so many rooms available here.
