Location was great! Room was clean and service was great. Downfalls, the shower can’t be turned on without being in it. Bed was hard. Sheets and bath towels were washed with some kind of scented detergent or fabric softener. I have very sensitive skin and use unscented everything. We paid for the self parking and in order to leave the parking lot, you have to use your room key. Nobody informed us ahead of time that you needed a room key to leave the parking lot.

Jada at the reception desk is just an amazing asset to this hotel. She is the most helpful and caring soul. She helped my family be able to allow my 17 year old daughter attend her dance competition while my husband and I were in a different state for a family emergency. We can not thank her enough for her help and compassion in this situation.

Nice stay. Dominique at the front desk is kind & helpful. Every staff member I’ve interacted with is professional & prompt. Love the design of the hotel— beautiful marble throughout & the beds are comfy. Also appreciate how clean all the linens smell. Thank you for a great stay!

What a COMFORTABLE stay!! Even though we checked in at 1:30 in the morning the front desk manager was as friendly as can be. Cookies were delicious. But what stood out to me was how comfortable the bed was! The room temperature was comfortable and consistent. The bathroom actually had enough counter space to spread out my toiletries. It was really a wonderful experience. I am a convert to the DoubleTree brand!

Very clean and quiet room. Lobby is on second floor so check in is funky. The restaurant attached is very pricy for room service.

As a loyal customer of the DoubleTree for over two years, both as a parking pass holder and someone who frequently books stays for visiting family, I expected a level of professionalism and courtesy that matches the prices they charge. Instead, I was met with a shocking display of rudeness and complete disregard for customer service, the kind that makes you question if this establishment values its regular patrons at all.

This morning, January 30, 2025, at 7:30 AM, I encountered a rude and dismissive female attendant who refused to lift the parking gate, despite my long-standing status as a pass holder. While this was one of the rare occasions I needed assistance exiting, rather than receiving any form of understanding or common decency, I was flat-out denied and forced to walk in the freezing cold back to my apartment just to retrieve my keycard. The sheer lack of empathy, flexibility, and basic human decency from this staff member is astonishing.

For a hotel that relies on repeat business, this level of rigid, robotic, and outright disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. A well-run hotel should prioritize hospitality, not actively inconvenience and alienate its loyal guests. If this is how they treat someone who has given them consistent business for years, I shudder to think how they treat first-time visitors.

A little customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this hotel has made it clear that it has no interest in providing any. Absolutely disappointing.

I've stayed here at this property many times it truly is my preferred hotel. I usually have an excellent experience each time from room service to customer service. There is one staff member though that I get an air of indifference from every single interaction. She doesn't even look at me when she speaks to me. I feel dismissed any time I have to communicate with her. Her name is Jada.

Spacious rooms and affordable parking. Only $12 to park in their lot. Walking distance to the Covelli Centre and plenty of restaurants and bars. Really friendly staff at check in. Comfortable beds and pillows. Rooms have a fridge.
