The Doubletree Hotel is already a favorite of mine because I love getting the fresh cookie. But the Doubletree Hotel at the Tucson Convention center has a special place in my heart because of the staff. First I checked in and Caleb working the front desk was very welcoming and kind. He graciously helped me extend my stay one extra night and did all he could to make it as seamless as possible for me. I was in town for my grandmother’s funeral and I saw Kafette for breakfast every day of my stay. She remembered me and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my stay during a super emotional time. I will be forever grateful for her kindness. She did more for me than just serving me breakfast. In addition, my room was quiet and clean—I had a corner room. I slept very well in the comfortable beds. I will definitely stay here again. Huge thank you to your staff for being so friendly and kind during my stay. They really make your hotel stand out from all the rest.

We stayed with family one night in our December roadtrip. It was our best stay in Tucson so far. ||The hotel is at a nice place, next to the convention center. You can park in their secure parking for a reasonable fee. We opted for free street parking and had no issues. Checkin process was fast, kind and very smooth. Complementary warm cookies and water are nice touches to your experience. ||Our room was very clean. We loved the modern and minimalist design which you experience across the hotel. Sleep quality was good, beds were comfortable.||Kudos to management and hard working employees of this hotel for providing such a good experience.

I recently stayed here for a work trip, and it was a great experience! Super comfortable beds, very clean rooms, super nice staff. The breakfast was delicious and it was located to some fabulous restaurants and coffee shops! Special shout out to Patrick the manager who assisted me with a question I had.|Absolutely plan on staying here again!

The service was pretty quick and friendly, but...
The toilet was clogged when we got there. Somewhat gross. I stayed there with someone else and funny enough we both thought the other did it, then we realized I went in first, not her, and it was clogged when I got to it. I couldn't fix it myself and called for help which was dealt with relatively quickly. There were additional charges, a decent few of them, that we were not expecting after having looked over everything before we booked for the night. The rooms and facilities were mostly nice and the service was the best part but yeah the additional hidden charges after the large starting price was unfortunate.

Great experience all around. Everyone was super friendly, helpful. Only reason I give 4 stars is it was a bit expensive for parking, they are situated close to a fire station so you would hear sirens from time to time and their heater was LOUD. Other than this, the cleanliness and stay was great. Will definitely come back if needed.

The rooms were great! We had the very best service in the restaurant by Kafette Koch. Kafette’s personality combined with her customer service was probably the best we have had, and we travel quite a it. She remembered us each time we came in to eat, and made us feel welcome. We will be back and recommend your hotel in the future.

We ate several times in the restaurant. Violet was our server the first time and we asked for her going forward. She is amazing! So accommodating and would always make sure we were so well taken care of! And absolutely the sweetest! Made our experience awesome!

Great location, came for a volleyball tournament located at the convention center, which is attached to the hotel, super convenient. Definitely recommend if you’ve got anything going on at the convention center. This is a prime location. Hotel is very nice and clean., they have a bar in the lobby with the back wall all lit up of some sort of green stone, looks amazing.
