This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms are old and dated. Don't have any furniture in them. The windows are so dirty. I can't see out the desk lamp doesn't even have a light bulb in it. There's no coffee table, nowhere to put your suitcase. I've had better hotels in Venezuela and Columbia that offered more amenities, attraction,
charm, etc. The furniture is old style '60s and dinged up. It's unbelievable. Hilton allows their name to be put on this hotel. Most hotel sixes are nicer than this place and they aren't $180 a night. I have to seriously consider ever booking with Hilton again

The hotel is under going renovations as of 10/2024. The staff worked really hard to be accommodating and that is this place’s saving grace.
Even after being moved to a newly renovated room, I was underwhelmed. The solid core doors are a nice touch. The appointments are stark and cold. The drywall patches on the bathroom walls were shoddy.
The $18 breakfast lacked selection compared to the included breakfast the competition offers. The coffee was undrinkable. I’ll be eating a second breakfast elsewhere.
It’s a harsh review. However, with so many choices in the area, why would I ever stay here again?
And no, the warmed over cookie doesn’t make up for it.
Once again, the staff is great.

This hotel staff does not care. Security of hotel is neglectful at best. Our tires were stolen off of our car. Instead of even faking concern they shrugged and said that happens. They didn't bother to make a report to the police, there are no cameras outside, THEY WERE REMOVED!!!
The room itself wasn't good either. Hair in the sink, and all over the towels. Bed was rock hard. A train rolls past at 1, and 3 am. Again staff was rude on check in, and check out. Like we inconvenienced them by being there.

From check in to check out, the experience was lacking. When we got to our room, we were missing bedding, spare towels, a trash can and there were prescription pills on the floor in the bathroom. We requested these be rectified and the lobby staff played the "blame game" instead of accountability. Smh
After asking for the room to be refreshed with towels the following night, and it not being done, I went myself to go get the family some towels. The worst part was the breakfast. They want $18 for a substandard breakfast that was NOT included with the pay of the room. The food wasn't good as I could hear other guests talking about it. I asked the staff if this price applied to us and they were quite rude about us questioning the breakfast price. Below are pictures of what they offered. As a Hilton Honors member I won't be returning to this one.

@Hilton, this hotel does not meet the standard that I have liked over the years. From the bleak rooms that are not welcoming to the strange odor in the lobby this is a disappointment. This was my second time staying at this property and my last. Hilton, you can do better!

Overpriced. TV doesn't respond to remote control. Desk has no printed channel list. Staff would like to help but management doesn't appear to provide resources. Pool is large. $200+ rooms have only one chair. Breakfast not included. Give me a motel any day.

Ice machines didn’t work on any floor. Hotel looked nice on the out side but very dated on the inside. Clean but bare. Inside felt like a store going out of business or hallways were like what you see in a movie when filmed in the projects.
Very plain feeling, 4th floor rooms had probably 15-18’ ceilings which was neat but room had loud wood floors.
As a Diamond member staying 80+ nights a year in Hilton hotels, my over all experience was below par from what I expect from a double tree especially being over $200/night.
Nichole
Cracked tiles by elevators. Room was plain, not as pictured, and there were several hairs stuck to the shower wall, otherwise clean though. I could also hear noise from other rooms, and the A/C-heater unit was noisy
