We love staying here!! So far so good! The view is lovely and the beds are a dream. The one makeup removal wipe by the towels in the bathroom smelled very much expired and stung so be cautious of this .

Either way, we love double tree. Those cookies and the staff are the best. 🙂 hard working and helpful .

Everything was quite lovely about the hotel with nice friendly customer service and a good value for the price, that is until 12:30 at night when a late night arriving couple next door showed up with their dog who they left in the room while they spent an hour or so doing something elsewhere. Despite the policy that the hotel has about not leaving dogs unattended in the room, that's what they did, and the dog barked for an hour. Turns out the walls and or the ventilation system are such to transmit the sound seamlessly from room to room and that was the end of our good night's sleep. They offered us a single breakfast voucher because only one of us could take advantage of it. Still hoping to speak with a manager, after several phone calls they did call me back. The assistant manager was quite friendly but not eager to make amends. She offered us "maybe two breakfast vouchers" should we come there again. (Had we been reward members she offered us points but we were not.) In summary it was our sole purpose to get a good night's sleep and unfortunately that was impossible. Otherwise, all was well but my usually easy-to-please partner happened to mention that the breakfast wasn't at all worth the money they were charging. i hope this helps.

lastly, great shower, decent beds and linens, nice pillows, good location, and spotlessly clean. we just had bad luck with the neighbors and the thin sound proofing.

UPDATE: not sure if they saw this review or not but today they initiated a $30 partial refund which we find to be an acceptable and appreciated gesture. upping my rating by one star.

Stayed one night Jan 9-10th 2025. Room was very very clean. Front desk nice. Comfortable bed and room, I was not bothered by any construction noise. Shower was hot but not as hot as would have preferred. At 10pm a male staff member unlocked and came into my daughter's room, quickly apologized and left saying he thought the room was empty, that was a little weird. Overall enjoyed the stay and highly recommend the hotel.

This isn’t a 5 star luxury resort, but it’s a GREAT value! Cozy lobby with fireplace and lounge. Our room and bathroom were both very clean, and the carpet seemed new. Great water pressure in the shower, and the bed was super comfy! The hotel was safe, quiet, & had no weird smells!

All staff were very nice and even gave me warm chocolate chip cookies. (Very good I might add)

Outside pool area, so not sustainable for the winter months.

Rooms were very nice with shampoo and conditioner in the pump bottles on the wall but the body wash bottle was missing.

Would be nice if they had the hand soap by the sink to reduce waste from bars of soap and they installed the body wash bottle that was just missing from the wall.

Great water pressure from the shower and great hot water.

Beds were super comfy and the pillows were a mix between firm and soft so you could use whatever you liked.

Positive: Everyone was friendly nice clean rooms. Like having the gym available. And the restaurant and bar. And the cookies were great too! Negative: The bed was a little on the uncomfortable side not sure if it was an older mattress but I survived it and it was fine.

This was my second stay at the Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Flagstaff. The staff was excellent, always welcoming with a smile. ||As stated in my prior review - the rooms are small but nice. They did update the TV system and now has capability to stream and add an HDMI cord to watch from a computer or other streaming device. The TV's looked larger too since my last visit. The bathroom was very bright and very clean. ||However, there were a few glaring negatives in the room. My room was completely missing the sheer curtain and only had blackout drapes, so I was stuck with an exposed window or covered window with no natural light. Second, the rooms are in need of refurbishment, but it's not horrible enough to make me not want to stay there again. The dresser/credenza had quite a bit of the varnish rubbing off on the front and the carpet had waves in it where it was coming up. Finally, the bathroom tub/shower combo did not drain properly and I was standing in an inch of soapy water every time I took a shower.||The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was quick and delicious. When I left around 8am there was a line of about 5 guests for breakfast as one server didn't show up, but everyone understood they were short staffed. The employees in the restaurant were just as friendly as last time and made the morning start off great. ||Yes, they need to update the rooms to match the rest of the hotel, but it wouldn't keep me from staying here again.

I booked a King room last minute. The rate was very good. On arrival the property looked great.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was perfect. No issues.

We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel. Very good. They have a sushi bar turning out a great product.
