Nice lobby, decent restaurant and clean rooms. Front desk very helpful. Sent text to see how things were when we were eating. When we got back to room getting ready for bed we realized there was no soap in bathroom, other than pump soap in shower. Had to go in shower to get soap to wash hands. We could have called and requested soap, but too tired to wait on delivery. Of course cookies were delicious as always

We stayed at the Doubletree for a business workshop. The set up, food, banquet staff, and atmosphere were all amazing. Adrianna did an excellent job staying in touch with us and ensuring all of our needs were met. She even came to take our group photos at the end. She truly set a standard for overwhelming hospitality!

We had a wonderful one-night stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Decatur Riverfront during our family trip. Mackenzie at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, setting a friendly tone from the start. The highlight for our kids was the beautiful exercise room, which was clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and our room was spacious and tidy. The lobby impressed us with its large TVs and plenty of seating, making it a great place to relax. Overall, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Decatur Riverfront exceeded our expectations with its friendly service, comfortable rooms, and fantastic amenities, making it the perfect choice for families. We can't wait to visit again!

Not many choices in town from a hotel standpoint, but this one is nice, quiet if you're on the river side, and has an on site restaurant. Room was nice enough but like many hotels these days the mattress was pretty worn. TV and Internet worked as expected.

The food and beverage team was very attentive to our needs. We never wanted for anything as they routinely replenished our drinks and snacks throughout the day. The breakfast eggs were delicious, which can be a challenge in a banquet setting!

Fantastic experience! On a scale of zero to five this was a six. This hotel was the most courteous, most professional, and best staff to work with, by far, of the four conventions I have chaired over the years. I received numerous compliments for choosing this hotel for our convention. I lost count of the number of times I was told "Great convention", by our members including some of our toughest critics. This hotel is located directly on the river and offers several rooms with a view. It is a quick drive to downtown Decatur and easy access to 565 if you are heading to Huntsville. Additionally, they are great to work with for events. Adrianna, the person in charge of event booking, is extremely helpful, and accommodating. If you’re looking for an event large or small, this should definitely be an option that you consider.
