Wonderful little B&B with amazing hosts. Great location, comfortable beds, great shower, very quiet...we couldn't have asked for more. Very personalized service, Don even got up at 5:30 to wish us a bon voyage.
If you hate the impersonal hotel experience, stay here, you'll love it!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Don's Elegante. Our room with private bath was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable. Don and Tom are both welcoming and clearly want their guests to be comfortable in their lovely, upscale home. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I stayed for one night back in February and when we go back we'll definitely stay longer! The room was extremely comfortable: besides the king bed, it had a private patio and a full bathroom. The owners, Don and Tom, are absolutely delightful. We immediately felt welcomed into their home. Breakfast was delicious and their pets (two chihuahuas and a cockatoo) were charming. We would absolutely recommend the Elegante to anyone looking for a unique stay in the Phoenix area. We can't wait to go back!

The most we've been relaxed in a long time! Everything about the place is serene, classy, and beautiful. The furniture in our room (Oriental) was spectacular. And the best shower ever!!!! Our outdoor lounging and eating areas were shady and comfortable with birds singing and chimes ringing with quiet music in the background. Arrival wine was lovely and breakfast was again, spectacular. To top it all off, we were able to get our "dog fix' (ours stayed home) with two of the friendliest and cutest chihuahuas. Thank you, Don and Tom, for a memorable stay.

While driving to stay at Don's we were a little concerned about the neighborhood. This concern was alleviated when we entered into Don's home. It is amazing. We were greeted by Paco and Paquita at the gate who quickly became our friends. Entering into Don's home is such a pleasant experience. We settled in and then had the opportunity to visit with Don who is a wonderful host. We met his partner Tom and his son and enjoyed our visit. The comfortable bed was perfect as was the room we stayed in. ||The breakfast the next morning was beyond delicious, Fresh fruit, waffles with pecans and cranberries, eggs, bacon & toast. Fresh juice and delicious coffee. ||We could not have been happier that this is where we chose to stay. We hope to return soon......

I have now stayed with Don and Tom many times while on business in Phoenix. I can't say enough about how accommodating they are! Although I have not been able to stay each day to take advantage of a relaxing home cooked breakfast, they have sent me off each morning with a delicious food reserve that hits the spot every time, not to mention perfectly brewed coffee. The rooms are warm and inviting and the entire house won't disappoint with hidden gems to look at everywhere. The patio is an oasis of peace in the busy city on a nice morning or evening. Their two chihuahuas and rescue cockatoo are delightful and only add to the ambiance of being in real home (away from home). Loved it.

To describe this as a B & B is to describe The Grand Canyon as a hole in the ground.||||It is without doubt the one of the three finest B & B 's that we have ever had the opportunity to stay at.||||Don & his partner Tom are both intelligent, kind, professional and genuine. They went beyond what is required and could not have been any nicer. Enjoying a glass of wine, sampling the cheese, watching Tom at his artistic endevours and having a intelligent and stimulating conversation with both is one of the joys of staying here.||||The house is spectacular, both in décor and style, the rooms are large, clean, well kept with a king bed that is the most comfortable one you will ever sleep in.||||The backyard has flowers, waterfalls and the best music. They will play whatever you desire and the background music is relaxing and serene.||||Coconut ( The Cockatoo ) and Paco and Poquita ( the dogs ) will melt your heart. They are truly a wonderful addition to the household.||||The food is all homemade from scratch, Both of our hosts are fantastic cooks and each breakfast s a work of art. We took advantage of the Saturday Dinner Option and we highly recommend this. We had steak, baked potato, fresh asparagus w/ hollandaise sauce and a grilled peach ( delicious )||||When your travels bring you to Phoenix, be sure and stay here, It is truly a magnificent B & B.||||Thank you Don & Tom for allowing us to share your home, we are very grateful.

I completely loved my stay at Don’s Elegante. The owners were very nice and made sure that my stay at the bed and breakfast was very comfortable. From the time they picked me up from the airport they made me feel at home. The Bed and Breakfast is absolutely gorgeous and the outside garden is beautiful. Oh and I must say, the food was amazing! I opted to have my first meal there since my flight arrived later in the evening and the food was great!

I also enjoyed how close the B&B is to everything. Although I only spent the weekend in Phoenix I was very close to shopping, the concert venue, and nice restaurants. The location definitely made it easier to get around and the light rail system Phoenix has was also really nice to get around.

When I travel to Phoenix again I will definitely stay at Don’s Elegante Bed and Breakfast.
