I stay here because it's central to many of my clients in the area and it's very affordable. Their prime rib room is amazing.
I stay in the executive rooms in the South Tower. The only recommendation I would give for cleanliness because everything else is clean, is to clean the windows that you look through to the river. It's a beautiful view but the windows are all very dirty. The sliding glass door is clean but the windows that can't be reached by room service are very dirty. There's even cobwebs in the windows on the inside.
Other than that I always enjoy the stay.

Love going to the Riverside. Have gone for years.
A few issues or concerns are
# 1- Always seems to be an elevator not working on North Tower. They also are not cleaned very well.
Elevator with the view definitely needs updated.
# 2- In room better pillows.
Would definitely be nice to have hand held shower heads, especially for people like me who are somewhat handicapped.
I've been told North Towers do not have handicapped rooms available, which doesn't make a lot of sense.
Toilet paper is ridiculous!
I'm sure you all could afford a better quality.
Started bringing our own from home.
Otherwise we love having our vacation breaks here.

We were pleased with our room on the 25th floor! It smelled nice and had a view of the river. Beds were comfortable (bring a blanket if you like to be in a soft cozy cover)The casino was busy and active with machines paying out. We really enjoyed the river walk to other casinos and restaurants too. We will be returning!

Fun and relaxing stay at the Riverside Resort. Great value on rooms and food options. Recommend South Tower river view room if you want newer facilities although sliding doors don’t open for fresh air whereas a room with view and opening door to deck are available in North Tower which is a bit older. The Prime Rib Room did not disappoint nor did the winnings on slots and tables.

This is a review of the RV park only. I asked for quiet and dark spot when I made my reservation months in advance. We were given a site that backed up to the maintenance yard that is lit all night as bright as day. They start work at 6:00 in the morning with very loud machinery. Needless to say not really what we asked for, so we stayed a short period of time and moved on. It is a good location for the casinos. All the stores are just across the river in Bullhead City.

We love to next time. Great service. Got a scooter for my dad here. So helpful. Rented all day for a good price . We loved the buffet.

The hotel rooms are super clean! Good beds and pillows. I never tire of the views! The casino floor is always busy. The wait staff comes around alot. The riverside restaurant is absolutely delicious. I love it here!! It's NOT a party hotel. They can keep that next door or in Vegas. Even the pool area is mellow. That's relaxing to us.

Booked a room on their website in the South tower for the adults only pool and hot tub only to find out once we got there that it was closed for renovations. If we had known that we would have stayed somewhere else. Current information should have been available on the website. It was also very hard to get information from anyone and employees were generally not very helpful. Also nothing was mentioned at check in. Food at restaurant was terrible and didn't offer my husband anything not even ice cream for his birthday. Won't stay here again
