This place needs alot of work. Unfortunately the pictures make it look perfect but it needs a DEEP clean and the parking needs to better. There was 1 parking stop for all of us and we rented out 1, 2, 3 for a family vacation. Other members had to park down the street and we had to make sure the vehicles wouldnt get towed. Also during the day when everyone is visiting the shops, the tourists park their cars right along side the house and we even came back from the beach and a random car was parked in our 1 parking spot prorovided for 3 apartments.
I was also really upset with how nasty and disgusting dolphin 1 was when we arrived. Be aware, you pay a cleaning fee but walk into a disgusting nasty house. Sand was all over the floor, empty beer cans and Rockstar cans in the overgrown grass, the floors havent been mopped for a few months, deep cleaning is out of the window for these rentals, and the kitchen was horrible. The kitchen walls were nasty and covered in old food and spilled grease from previous people. I had to use a towel to mop the kitchen floor because they were sticking and dirt covered I wouldn't allow my children to walk over it with bare feet it was that digusting. The mattresses on the bed were uncomfortable. The amount of money this place makes they need to turn around and put some of it back to make this place better. My biggest issue was the cleaning fee that we had to pay and going to dirty nasty house. It was ridiculous!!! I found the deep clean sheet for dolphin 1 and it was marked for 11/4/2021. Thats disgusting! I placed that lamented paper on the counter so the cleaner could make improvements. Guests shouldn't be cleaning up after other guests when you charge a cleaning fee.
The place is in a nice location and close to beach but please dont more research and go stay somewhere more comfortable and clean!
