We had the most wonderful stay at the Dogwood Inn. Nestled in a stunning location, this charming bed and breakfast offers the perfect mix of tranquility and comfort. The decor is tasteful and thoughtfully curated. We stayed in the Three Bears which had a bear theme woven throughout—subtle yet absolutely on point.
The owners, Jim and Cyndie were incredibly warm and welcoming, ensuring every detail was taken care of to make our stay truly special. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Each morning, we were treated to a freshly prepared, delicious meal that was both hearty and beautifully presented. Downtown Blue Ridge was just 10 mins away and was easily accessible to explore the local restaurants.
Everything about our stay was perfect, and we can’t wait to return. If you're looking for a cozy, beautifully designed getaway with exceptional service, Dogwood Inn is the place to be!

Our stay at The Dogwood Inn was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, Jim and Cindy welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality, making us feel right at home. Their attention to detail and the love they pour into this beautiful property truly set it apart.

The inn’s privileged location makes it the perfect escape for relaxation and rejuvenation—exactly what we needed as tired parents of young boys! We found peace and quiet, felt pampered, and were set up for success to have a romantic weekend away.

Some of our favorite moments included spending time in the cozy library, which became our little retreat, and enjoying a delicious breakfast outside in the fresh mountain air. Breakfast was fantastic, and Cindy’s incredible talents shined in both the exquisite decor and the beautifully prepared food. We even opted for an extra picnic, which was phenomenal!

The communication before, during, and after our stay was impeccable. The welcome email provided great restaurant recommendations, and Jim and Cindy went above and beyond, offering even more fantastic suggestions when we mentioned our plans to visit local waterfalls.

Every detail at The Dogwood Inn is thoughtfully curated—nothing is left to chance. We felt spoiled, relaxed, and well cared for throughout our entire stay. The property itself is stunning, but it’s Jim and Cindy’s warm and personal touch that makes this place truly special.

We highly recommend The Dogwood Inn for anyone looking for a charming, peaceful, and well-cared-for getaway. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I came to the Dogwood Inn for a one-night vacation from Atlanta. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short because of family illness, but even if the short time we were there we got to enjoy amenities and relax! The room was spacious with a very cozy bed, and a beautiful soaking tub that I will definitely be back to use! It was close to downtown Blue Ridge and local wineries. The view from outside the room was incredible and the common areas were elegant yet cozy. Jim and Cyndie were extremely accommodating and understanding of our sudden leave, and we are excited to plan another trip up. Definitely a place to stay in Blue Ridge.

My husband and I stayed four nights at the Dogwood Inn last week. In the past few years, we stayed in several B&B’s but this one is by far the best. Our hosts, Jim and Cyndie, were amazing in suggesting places to see and the right wineries to visit depending on our tastes. Our room, The Nest, was beautifully decorated and was everything we hoped it would be. It exceeded what we saw in the pictures. In the mornings our breakfasts not only tasted great but were beautifully presented. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay if you are particular about a clean and quiet atmosphere. We loved everything about it.

Just spent 2 wonderful nights at the Dogwood Inn near Blue Ridge, Ga. Jim & Cyndie Marlatt were the perfect hosts. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the common areas, both inside and outside, are cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast is to die for. Also, very convenient to downtown Blue Ridge. I just returned from my fourth visit to the Dogwood Inn and it just keeps getting better each time! It has become my favorite mountain getaway. From the beautiful views, the gorgeous home setting to the incredible morning breakfast this beautiful inn provides all the comfort of a gorgeous home with all the amenities of a five star resort. I have traveled with my family and with friends and it continues to get better every time. Jim and Cyndie have done an incredible job of creating a very special place. I can’t wait to plan my next visit!

This place is fabulous. From the moment you drive up the driveway you are greeted by Jim and Cyndi with a warm welcoming smile. A brief orientation and a tour are given soon after arrival. Jim offers to carry your bags in afterward. The interior common areas are stunning with numerous fireplaces. Your room decor is so upscale with comfortable beds and grounds are awesome . The view is so relaxing from the mountains to the fields, the beautiful raised gazebo with comfortable furniture and a fire pit all complete the ambience. We were even greeted by horses at an adjacent farm. Breakfast was beyond our expectations. Gourmet to say the least. The decorating is gorgeous. It’s a very clean, upscale Inn which beckons you back for another visit for sure! Downtown Blue Ridge is a 5 minute drive. We will be back!!!

My husband and I could not have loved The Dogwood Inn any more. Jim and Cyndi are so warm, friendly and accommodating . The Inn is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and the location is perfect. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
