I have done a significant amount of travel for business and leisure . This weekend a group of us rented this establishment. The first day was great the hosts greeted us and our kids very well. Things did take a turn the second day when the owner Kathy arrived a bit intoxicated and started throwing things around and mad this made us feel very uncomfortable and confused. We are a family oriented group with music and food we have fun along with our kids. Yet, the situation when she arrived changed everything and the way we were treated was very unacceptable . Our kids witness racial profiling first hand. The owners kept saying you people are dirty and went on and on comparing us to a previous group. We were in the middle of finishing eating so there was plates and things out. It would have been very different if she politely asked when you finish please pick up. As we were going to anyway after that situation it we got a bittersweet rest of the evening. No one in our group will ever stay at this place again.

We had a wonderful time at your cottages. Kathy and Mike were very hospitable and the cottages were clean and comfortable. The drive-in, cruise-out access to the woods was perfect for our SXS adventures, and there was plenty of room for our vehicles.

I stayed at this place this weekend as well and the way we were treated was very disappointing. We left everything very clean after we left it’s sad how they treated us that way due to other people not all people are the same and we paid the price.

1st time down from Kansas city. We came down to use the off road park.

The owners of this place have been awesome, they are very helpful and knowledgeable of the off-road park. We stayed in cabin 7 and had no issues. It was clean and in good shape.

The owners gave us a map and great directions to go to the best spots for our offroading adventure. This location is perfect, they have an awesome trail right behind the cabins that will take you anywhere you need to go. Several small restaurants close by with good (and cheap) food.

We will definitely be back and stay here again!

Mike and his wife run an amazing little cabin set up in Disney Island that has enough room to accommodate you tow rig and trailer in most cases. They are good people, they took care of us two years in a row and I’ll definitely use them the next trip as well.

A friend recommended this place and said the couple that runs it were cool people and the location was perfect. He was spot on! The cabins aren’t particularly fancy, but neither am I. They were clean, warm, and convenient. And the owners treated us like old friends. Will definitely be back! This is the way business should be done!

Best spot to stay in cabins for SXS riding at Hogans off road park. Swimming near bye, great little ice cream / burger joint across the road. The folks who run rock cabins for very easy to work with and made our stay very enjoyable.
