I'm not usually a fan of chain bbq, but I have to say this Dickeys location always gets it right for me. It's all about the people here. All business, friendly, and wanting to produce good food. Daily deals are true value.

Came in at 1:30.. The ribs are very tender.. good flavor with all the meats.. they did have a 1hr wait on baked potatoes.. sweet tea is good, not too sweet.

This restaurant looks like it will be really good. But, I would be lying if I did not report that I was very disappointed. I paid almost $11.00 for a salad that was lettuce, cheese and meat. No tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, onions, etc. No other vegetables at all. My husband got a BBQ potato and it was much smaller than others he has gotten at other BBQ places, but NOT cheaper. The workers were OK, but seemed to resent questions OR did not know how to answer them very well. Also, I wanted unsweet tea and there were no options for artificial sweetener. I was just not happy. I won't visit again. There are much better BBQ places out there.

Ordered food from here for delivery. Close to the scheduled time of delivery it still showed “in cue”. I tried calling the phone number listed online which sent me to their corporate office. They gave me a number “for the location” that went to someone’s cell phone not associated with the company. I eventually drove to the location and my food was already sitting behind the counter. The staff was oblivious as to it being a delivery order not a pick up. When I stated I wanted a refund on delivery and tip charges I was half ignored. Never received my refund but will be contacting the BBB first thing Monday morning concerning this whole encounter.

Great atmosphere love the store itself but everything else is lacking. For the price and portion sizes I would expect alot better quality BBQ. I can't speak for other locations but I've tried this one 3 times didn't care for it on any occasion. The meat is kept in warmers wrapped in plastic wrap and then pulled out of the warmer soaking wet and chopped in while you wait it doesn't look or taste great. Tried a BBQ potato the second time, how can you mess up a baked potato right? Wrong same thing potato came out of some bin soaking wet topped with soaking wet meat potato was old. The sides i got would have been ok but they were on the cold side. I could go on and on but the owners of thus place really need to step in and be more active in this place. I could tell from the first visit they don't actually cook anything there as far as meats but at least throw a log in the giant smoker you have outside you literally won't smell any BBQ on thr grill or meats being smoked. The best thing they have here is the sauce but males no difference if the meat sucks. And the free ice cream cones for the kids...

For the price, it’s not worth it, they literately have 2 thin tinny slices of brisket an 4 small peices of sausage for 22.00 . I want be back, this is a rip off you can get more for your money at other places! The food was ok but not almost 30.00 that robbery. I got the 3 meat plate, ended up with 4 thin tiny pieces of brisket, a tiny pieces of sausage a the bar b Q sauce machines wasn’t turned on, so cold sauce. Then the sides wasn’t that hot. 23.79 is a lot to pay not nothing.

We travel abot for work..and dickeys are a good place to stop by...this time we came for dinner...first thing notice over flowing trash cans..and guy cutting meat behind counter made it feel like we were a bother,trash on tables amd floor
