This bbq was not flavorful or good. It didn’t have any type of grill flavor. The sides (Mac n cheese and baked beans were terrible). We left a tip bc the service was good and they were friendly but the food was not.

Dexter catered for a womens brunch that I hosted, and I most say the food was phenomenal. I ordered chicken and waffles...with all its fixings, mixed salad and a fruit bowl and everything was fresh and delicious. If I were to ever need catering services again, he would be my first choice. I highly recommend for others, you will not be disappointed!

Mr Roux food was amazing couldn’t stay away from buffet!!!! Full of flavorful,season to profection and meat was tender to the core. Not only did the food hit the spot but his personality matched the love he put into his meal. Very cool dude, awesome service, and smiled throughout the night. I would definitely recommend this catering company to others.

Pleasure working with Dexter on events. Punctual, straightforward, clear, follows through. Very happy with how our events came out. Did I mention the guy really knows how to cook!! Appreciate the hard work. Has made it easier for us to do what we want to do, how we want to do it.
