This is the loudest place I have ever lived in my entire life. I thought when I moved here that it would be nice and quiet, since it is an over 55 park. I was wrong. Two of my neighbors have harley davidson motorcycles and one neighbor has a huge truck with no muffler.
Last week I had no water for 3 days, no one told me my water was off or when it would be fixed. I called the office and left messages. I had a call back the first day saying the plumber was on their way. I called the next 2 days. No one called back. I called the owners office, whoever answered was extremely rude and offered no help.
If you are looking for a quiet community to retire in, keep looking.
It is a shame because the place looks nice and all the security guards at the gate are wonderful.

This place is very nice, I saw a mobile home I liked,so I applied not knowing that management had quit My application sat in the office for weeks and than found out I was denied without letting me know why, we had the funds my credit is good, but was not given a reason. My emails were blocked I was wanting to know why, they never gave me a reason , Someone from Silverking was very unprofessional and rude. That's a shame how they handled my denial.

I do some smaller jobs for an elderly woman who lives here and I'm always impressed by how clean the entire park is. Residents are friendly and you can tell that they look out for one another. I wish my own neighborhood was more like this. I placed a 4 foot wide path of pavers from steps to the driveway. My dear friend is having to use a walker now and the rocks were proving too dangerous and difficult to navigate safely.

Loved the park! One gentleman selling his home was nice enough to let us inside to take a look. I'm hearing you have to have good credit, even if you're ready to pay in full? Is that so? We would also pay lot rent in advance. Park is the best kept secret in Tucson. Would love to live here.

We have been traveling across the country for the last year and this is the only place we’ve been disqualified from staying. They did a full credit investigation on me and my partner. My credit rating is excellent and my income is over 10k per
Month. My partners rating was not good at all. We also had to pay $40 each for this credit investigation rather than them finding out on the phone before having to fill
Out their thorough application. I would never consider staying here. No refund for our rejected application. Please feel free to use your own judgment on choosing this park

The people at the front guard house are super nice. They know their residents personally and always ask how my clients are doing.

This was a park I was extremely interested in and found a home I really liked but I have a coworker who lives there and was warned about the rude office staff. I did call and this woman was rude. This also confirmed to me the recent reviews. This is sad because it is a very well kept park, but when the office staff is unpleasant to deal with and act offended you called to inquire about one of their many homes up for sale it just raises a red flag. Who wants to deal with that? Not me. Like I said this is sad because it really looks like a nice park.
