The Casino itself is nice. The people who work here are all polite and friendly. But my husband and I weren't feeling it here as much. We couldn't find a machine we liked! We did eat at the buffet, which was really good. I'm just not a fan of the type of slot machines they had. We couldn't find the ONE. Otherwise, it's a nice Casino.

We decided to come down to Desert Diamond Casino in Tucson
Had a room for Thursday and Friday night our friends had brought their RV and we’re only going to stay one night
Had a great time on Thursday… Until you get hungry
It’s like they roll the sidewalks up at 8:30 PM
The buffet is open until 7 PM
The diamond café says they’re open from 3 to 9
We went at 8:25 and they said they were closed.
You could only place to go orders
So the only place that you can eat after 8:15 in the evening, is the diamond grill?
Trust me when I say pass on that. Awful food.
Kind of like a cafeteria in grade school. Not good.
Anyway, we had brought some snacks thank goodness we did that
Went to bed around 10:30 PM
Got up the next day went down to get coffee.
The coffee bar doesn’t open until 7 a.m.
Ridiculous
So went into the casino and made my own coffee
It was good and it was free
Decided to start off with a cocktail
Ordered a bloody Mary
Oh wait we’re sorry the bar doesn’t open till 10
Are you serious? Again ridiculous!
Needless to say… We did not stay Friday night
We are headed back to a real city. Phoenix.
Where they don’t roll the sidewalks up at 8 PM
Then enroll them at 7 AM
Had fun gambling. But not a fan of the hotel or the amenities/restaurants.

Kenny Rogers wouldn’t gamble here.. you win nothing but the knowledge to never come here again.. this place is like a bad dream.. however the showers and rooms were very nice and comfortable.. don’t leave anything behind in the room at least not anything of value.. the maid staff will take it.. thought about setting up a pseudo sting operation to catch the thrones thieves during the heist.. but I just don’t have that kind of time.. one day someone will.. and that’ll be a day to remember.. loosen up the slots and stop stealing and you got yourself a decent casino.. if I wanted a loose slot who stole from me I would have stayed with me ex girlfriend am I right fellas huh..!!!! Oh god Linda love you baby.. !!!

I cant speak for the rooms. We didn't stay in a room only ate and played. The casino is very clean and not smokey. The employees we dealt with were very friendly. We did have some luck on the slots. We ate at the buffet. It was ok.. the desserts were the cutest things but really should stay as an item to look at.

It’s a nice spot, especially if you wanna get away just to yourself gamble a little bit maybe eat a little bit of lunch however be prepared to lose quite a bit and quite often. I’ve been going there over two years. I’ve spent a lot of money that has been taken. I’ve only won twice in two years and nothing more than $400 And all those giveaways you gotta be a lifer there in order to get entered into those things to win anything I remember showing up every Thursday for hours waiting to see if I get chosen for the jackpots. I will not be doing that again two years still haven’t won nothing

Always friendly,always clean, great selection of machines and tables. Food is great. Quick,good and inexpensive, go to grill. Free drinks too, give aways on Monday and Wednesday, senior day on Tuesday. Just to name a few perks.
Love that I can donate my " change " to charity, for their school.
