Wonderful RV park! Spent time here with the AZ Renegade group and Valerie was so nice to work with. The sites are level and clean with new gravel in between the concrete pads for each site. Looking forward to returning next year!

Very, very nice place. We got right in, it was clean, great price and everybody was so nice. The manager was very helpful and a very sweet woman. Quiet, set back from the highway. Heard a train once but only because he kept using the air horn. Give it a try

Had an emergency as our generator went out and it was really hot that day. So I called to see if we could hook up our 35 ft RV for the day. Geri showed us to our spot and we got hooked up fast. Unfortunately, our emergency turned to tragedy on Oct 18, 2023. Geri went out of her way to check on us and she even bought us dinner. She refused to take a dime from us including not charging us for the stay that day. We left around midnight so we could drive when it was cooler.

We stayed in the newer part and the spaces were very spacious and clean. The people around us were very nice as well.

Sorry it took us so long to leave the review. You made a horrible day a lot brighter with your kindness and generosity. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Amazing place and helpful staff!
We came back to the area after staying here and had to stay again!
Very clean shower and bathroom facilities! Amazing neighbors! Easy walk to several fast food places (McDonald's, Subway, and a El Taco Loco. Also Cowboy Cooking restaurant just down a couple of blocks (so to speak). Tried them all and they were all great.
Will definitely keep staying here whenever we are in the area!
Love this place and there are just to many good things to say about it!
This place is better then some of the high cost rv parks we've seen! (Not saying names)
If you are in the area this is definitely where you want to stay! They have been around for years, like 30+
There is a reason for that.
Hope this helps other travelers 🙂

This was our third year coming to Desert Cypress from Colorado. We stayed a week this year and a little longer the year before. The staff is nice but the amenities, mostly the pool, is very disappointing. The owners will only unlock the gate when the weather is warm to their Arizona standards. I was told it has to stay "warm" throughout the night because the water heater is old. It has been old the three years we have been coming. So the idea of a "heated pool" is definitely misleading when you can rarely,if ever, use it in the spring. Also, the road we have often backed up to, in the "newer" section, has become very, very busy with side by sides, motorbikes, construction trucks and general traffic. It seems obvious to us a fence should be built to help protect the RV's from all of this noise and traffic. I see very little investment being made into this property that has been owned by the same family for a long, long time. Their are no bathroom or shower facilities in the new section which is mostly packed-in large 5th wheels and motor homes. You have to walk across this busy road if you want to consider using their bathrooms. NOT convenient or safe. There is also no systematic reservation system so when you get there its kind of the luck of the draw. Many campers this year were working in the area so our choices became limited. It is also listed as a 55+ park and the two families next to us had kids. Beware of their advertising on line. It is not exactly a true representation of the park. We will not be coming back. |

Valerie took extra special care of us after we had mechanical issues that delayed our travels and needed a spot to stay last minute. She helped us out after hours to make sure we were ok.
The park was very nice, clean, quiet and well kept.
Will definitely be back!!!
