The hotel and our room was clean. The front desk person was helpful. We only had two towels & wash cloths for four people. We had two queen beds. You would expect more than two. Didn't have hot water. Called the desk & she said let it run 10 minutes before you shower. It took 20 minutes for warm water. We took our granddaughter to the indoor pool. It was dirty & very murky. The hot tub was half-full. It's not a bad hotel. They need to correct a few things & it will be great.

Honestly, I would have marked a 5 star for the hotel itself, but we had an experience our first night that I marked it down 2 stars for. We got there at around 7 pm and checked in, we had family coming in later that day/really early morning. We have the same last name (this is important). When we originally checked in the questioned the last names were the same as a different reservation, which was our family, and we told them this. Fast forward to 3 am. when her family got in. After checking that it was not a duplicate, they just canceled our room and sent the other family up to our room as a new booking, which we were asleep in. They couldn't get in cause of the latch closed, since the hotel canceled our reservation they "didn't know" who was in the room and ended up coming to knock on the door at 3 am, then proceeded to call us at 5:45 am on the hotel phone. Had to go downstairs to confirm that it is 2 separate bookings, and yes, we did need 2 rooms. It was a mess. They didn't make an effort to make it better other than fixing the reservation and re-charging us. They need better communication between the day staff and night staff. This was annoying as we had to be up early for an event the next day and this interrupted our sleep several times.

Rachel was so nice. She checked me in quickly and on time. I was here for our Southwest District Convention for Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma. I was in the room with a king bed. The room was very nice. The breakfast was amazing downstairs. Very quiet and nice location.

Great experience Aracely was a great receptionist to me and my boyfriend give her a rating of 5stars wonderful women! Will definitely come back again and book with this same hotel loved my room and greeting we got! Would recommend you family and friends!

Stayed here while working for a convention next door at the connected Reed Center. The staff was amazing and super helpful with our event. Overall the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Hotel feels very new with the conference center seems a bit older with some very nice renovations. Location is really convenient with groceries and food nearby.

An organizations most valuable assets are it's people, and nothing ensures return business as good customer service. This being said the staff at the Delta are solid GOLD! Mrs. Rachael Obieone and Mrs. Aracely Mendez went over and above to ensure our stay was steller. From the front desk, to the kitchen, bar and housekeeping staff the Delta staff is second to none.. your excellent hiring practices and detail to customer satisfaction ensures our return and our referrals to anyone deciding where to meet and stay. The Delta is hands down the best Conference Hotel in Oklahoma.

My only disappointment was with the slow hot water. Most hotels today use a tankless hot water system, but given the age of this building they may still be using standard tanks. Other than that it was a pretty comfortable stay, and I'll stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Delta by Marriott at the Reed Conference Center, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Averie, the Front Desk Agent. Her delightful demeanor and genuine hospitality set the tone for my stay. Every interaction I had with her was not only professional but also personal, making me feel truly valued as a guest.

The hotel itself was impressively clean, reflecting a commitment to guest satisfaction. The on-site bar offered a fantastic selection of food and drink options, perfect for unwinding after a long day. As an elite member, I had access to the Delta Pantry, which provided a delightful variety of complimentary snacks—a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more enjoyable.

One of the highlights was the hot tub and pool area. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, further enhancing the overall experience. I also want to commend Assistant General Manager Julie Cordero for her outstanding leadership, which is clearly evident in the hotel’s excellent service and welcoming atmosphere.

Overall, my stay at Delta by Marriott was fantastic, and I can’t wait to return on my next visit to Oklahoma City! Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and amenities.
