These waffles are the real deal! As authentic as you can get! Chef Tom is really from Belgium and uses imported French flour and Belgian Pearl Sugar in his dough and you can taste the difference in the caramelized outside and fluffy texture. All of the ingredients are so fresh, with both savory and sweet toppings to choose from. For savory, get the waffle croque monsieur, a ham and cheese on liege waffles with French cheese sauce on top. For sweet, get the In Bruges with strawberries, whipped cream and Belgian chocolate. Don't skip out on the biscoff ice cream, topped with cookie butter sauce and cookie pieces. On hot days this truck is also known to have frozen lemonade!!!

We found the waffle truck at The Dallas Markets in Dallas GA. This guy is amazing! He built his food truck from scratch, and it's meticulous! Check out his Facebook page!

Every waffle we've eaten from this truck is out of this world! 🌠 The food is so fresh, and so clean, and so delicious that it's always a special treat when I get to have a Delicious Belgian waffle!! It's a must try!!
