Park is beautiful I just wish they would had been a little more specific on their pet walking policy when I made our reservations. I specifically asked them if we could walk our dog in the park because we walk every morning. They said you can walk them anywhere except the two streets that say no pets. We’ve been here 2 mos & I just found out this am that you can only walk your dog in the middle of the street and not off to the side. I trained my dog when he was a puppy to walk on the cement strip on the side of the blacktop especially in the heat because it’s not as hot on their feet as the blacktop. The pet policy that your given when you check in does state this but I would had never made reservations to come here if I had known this.
We won’t be back after this

I was here for a visit. Took a tour of the facilities, top notch. 6 pickleball. 7 shuffleboard, 2 bochieball, 4 pool tables, and a large activities room with stage.
Nice Park.
See the video I made on YouTube channel Coolest Life.

Place is great. The alleged cafe is not. Waited Hour 45 minutes for a Turkey club. They said they have a new cafe manager, so far it’s worse than I’ve seen it in the 4 years I’ve been coming. Won’t use the cafe anymore until I start to hear good things about it.

Mostly a rv park, will need reservations, snowbirds usually have it booked 3/4 of the year, but always clean, bathrooms are clean and stocked, office personnel are awesome, plenty of amenities such as billiard room, card room, library, hair salon, etc.

Very nice medium sized RV park. We liked that it was not right next to Interstate 8. Lots of activities if you like to participate. Pickleball courts, shuffleboard, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs. Everyone was very friendly and they gather in different neighborhoods for happy hour each evening. We enjoyed our 3 day stay. Has park models and RV spaces. Only downside was the spaces are a little crowded. We would consider staying again in the future!

First time for my wife and I to Arizona. Late April so was very very hot 🔥 114 F everyday for the entire week. Park was mostly empty. Beautiful though. Very clean amenities. Lots to do here. Pickel ball /tennis courts galore. Dog park. Community center and kitchen. One of the 2 pools was open. Thankfully. The military airport is close so lots of different craft flying over through the day but quiet at night. Park is next to lemon orchard. At night we heard the coyotes. Other than the orchards this area is desert 🏜 very dry not much vegetation. The city of Yuma is cool to see. Palm trees galore and the Mighty Colorado is close to view. Oasis for sure.

This is an exceptionally well run and well maintained RV park. All the many facilities are continously kept clean and completely operational. Infrastructure is very good and spaces are level and large enough for any rig.
The park has recently been acquired by Cobblestone and there have been continuous improvements. The management, maintenance, and all staff are friendly and helpful.
We travel in a 44ft motorhome and originally came here because of the proximity to Mexico and we have maintained an annual site for two years now because this is simple a great park. It has become our jumping off point for our travels throughout the West. We are so glad we found it.
