We just checked in today, but wanted to jump on and immediately and let the world know how awesome Rocio and Taylor were in the office. Being under 55 years old, we struggle hard to find a place to stay in the greater Phoenix area. We have been trying to piece together a month long stay, and found Deer Valley for our first week. Upon check in, the ladies worked hard to rearrange site assignments and were able to get us more time. After more conversations, they are trying even more to work out how to get us a month long space. We cant say how awesome it is to have staff members greeting with smiles, pleasant & happy attitudes, and really trying to help us out. Thank you ladies!!

I have lived in the park for 11 years. Up to date on my rent no problems in 11 yrs. I have great references from 4 people who have worked for the new owner. They've gone through 3 front office ppl in less than a year. The newest was someone I found to be a friend until she took a comment the wrong way was butt hurt and made an eviction personal. The new manager has only been here 6 months tops and has everyone in the park afraid to even speak for fear of being evicted. So kind and happy smiling, but don't turn your back on her ladies more so than men. She's quite kind to the men.
Please explain how the manager can accuse a grown man of defecating on the floor outside the men's bathroom then realize it wasn't that person and not go to them and apologize telling that person they got 10 days they're going to get a 10-day notice and don't go to that person and apologize pretend it didn't happen pretend she didn't say it the manager in this park has got an issue of accusing people of stuff that she has no clue what she's talking about my friend for one and myself for another getting in my face and telling me she knows for a fact that I'm speaking to somebody in the park asked me not to speak to them now I'm being evicted from the park because in Arizona you can evict somebody for nothing was sent a certified letter and Rocio the manager in the office signed for it and it was delivered on the 30th the postmaster gave me a receipt showing me that it was signed for on the 30th by the manager who is the one who wrote it to me and sent it to me and I never got it until the 15th of January inside that opened letter that was stuck to my door of my RV on the 15th of January was an eviction notice to be out by the first I could have had another 2 weeks to get out of this park I've had shoulder surgery and back surgery neither which has healed by the way holding my mail is a federal offense and she has done this to me so do I like this park I absolutely love the park the management sucks absolutely sucks.

Quite rv park. Many long term folks there as well as snow birds. Some sites had a cement patio, many others didn't. wyfi is poor, no grass just pea gravel. Great area to travel to Surprise stadium and Hokoum stadium for spring baseball. Not the most attractive road to entrance of the rv park, free old trailer that had missing wheels and several homeless living around it.

Great family place to stay at! Has a pool, laundromat, the staff is great and always helpful. The location is great as well. There is a really nice park nearby, lots of shopping stores for every need. Very clean & well kept. There are always maintenance people cleaning up.

Noisy location, highway and airport noise. Park is clean and pleasant. Great for an overnight or 2, but hard to get used to noise if you are a light sleeper.

My husband and I stayed 1 night at this park and left. Although it seems like the owners are trying to update the area, it has a long way to go. The lots are extremely close. We were told they only accept RV's that are no older than 10 years, and this is definitely not the case. So many of the units were in very poor shape, and the amount of stuff accumulated around makes the area look like a junk yard. It doesn't seem like there are any rules or restrictions. The dog park is basically a very small area of gravel and no grass.

I’ve been here for about 18 years, I’m a Semi retired Veteran and I love this location because it’s close to everything but a little ways away from the noise and traffic in central Phoenix. Since the new owners took over and Invested a lot of time and money on Park Improvements this is one of the nicest RV parks I’ve stayed in πŸ’― Rocio and Kathleen run the office here and they are both friendly and professional . Bravo Zulu Ladies and keep up the good work βœ…
