Accommodations were nice and clean. Staff very friendly. First night no issues, but the second night became a bit noisy along cigarette smoke filling up my room from either outside through A/C or from a smoking room not sure but it sure was unpleasant breathing in that all night. So be aware that this is a hotel that allows smoking and pets.

Positive: The cleaning maintenance crew were great. The manager was horrible. I overheard them yelling and cussing at the staff like crazy when I was on the elevator. I checked my credit card and they overcharged me for my stay. They committed a fraudulent charge. Negative: I just checked my credit card account and there was a separate charge of $60 under super eight motel for the same night. I stayed at this days and I need this to be rectified immediately!

The condition of the hotel was unacceptable from the start. We came from out of town and arrived after dark. The parking lot lights were not on. People were milling about outside the lobby. The room was dirty, the AC did not work, and the elevator certificate was expired. We left and ended up staying at a Hampton Inn nearby. Before we did, the sexist front desk person argued with my wife (he didn't like hearing complaints from a woman) and refused to contact the Manager, even though there was a Manager on duty sign displayed. When we did not receive a full refund, we attempted contact, which was ignored despite repeated attempts. We then filed a dispute with our credit card company, which the owner fought very hard, based on the cancellation policy. He never once mentioned his dirty and unsafe hotel. No one should stay here, period. Not for one night, not for five minutes. This is a horrible representation of the Days Inn brand and Wyndham. They only care about your money.

I feel safe in this hotel; the staff are nice and approachable, and the hot water is working. It is an old hotel, but the rooms were tidy, and the bathroom in my room was clean. I highly recommend this hotel to solo women travelers. |I had a waffle and orange juice for breakfast.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It’s around the corner from my office and I never noticed it. It was a pleasant surprise. Will stay here again when I need to stay in town overnight.

Stolen jewelry.
If you do need to book this hotel in the middle of nowhere please do not leave anything in your hotel room.

Upon returning to my hotel room we noticed backpacks and luggage had been unzipped. I shrugged it off as we must have accidentally left it open - but then I could not find my jewelry. We turned that room and our rental car upside down and there was no sign of my box of jewelry. I had just pulled jewelry out of that box that morning and it was the first night of our trip - so the box of jewelry truly couldn't have been anywhere else.

I asked about lost and found that night, to which they found nothing. I asked to file a stolen items report, to which the front desk said they would inform a manager that would get back to me.
I called back after checking out of the hotel, asked to check the lost and found one more time, then requested to file a report. The desk insisted that items would be returned to the lost and found. I insisted back that the items had been stolen, and the person at the front sighed and repeated the same mantra many times: "I already told you, ma'am, items that were misplaced or lost would be in the lost and found" I asked to speak with a manger and was told "managers are sometimes here between 9am and 10am."

I called back the following day requesting a manager at 9:16am. The person on the phone said "ehhhhhhh, I can help you." I asked if they were a manager and they repeated "I can help you." I asked multiple times to file a report and was meet with clicking of tongue noises, light whistling, and some typing sounds along with repeated questions of "what was your name again?" And "which room again?" and "are you sure you talked to our desk?". She then told me she would talk to housekeeping and call me back, and wouldn't you know it, housekeeping had no idea what in the world could have happened to that jewelry. You know that old adage - ask a dishonest person if they were dishonest and they'll absolutely, beyond a shadow of a doubt pour their hearts and souls out. So case closed on that.

Just don't stay at a Wyndham if accountability or your shit not being stolen is on your list of desired traits for a hotel.
