We stayed here because it was the only place available. Bitter disappointment. It took 4 different rooms before the woman at the front desk could locate a room where the deadbolt worked. Each room we followed her to had several problems which she told us about. (She was very nice and apologized profusely for all of the issues. We felt sorry for her. )
She explained that their maintenance man died and they hadn't found a new one yet. By the looks of the property, he must have been long gone.
The toilet in our room continuously ran and the bathtub did not drain.
We asked the housekeeper for clean towels and she forgot to get them. Later she apologized saying that she was the only housekeeper working because they couldn't keep staff. (Again, we felt sorry for her. At least she was trying. )
There was junk sitting in the exit area which had to be a fire hazard. The stairwell air conditioner was hanging halfway out of the building and you could see daylight through it.
The breakfast was a joke. No syrup available and the juice machine was broken.
We tried bringing this information to the attention of Mr. Patel the manager. He could have cared less. No apology. Nothing. He took our money and didn't even say thank you.
Wyndham Corp. should shut them down.

This hotel was horrible, sleeping in your car would be better, healthier and safer. We had a party of 4 and check in time was at 3pm. We arrived around 6 and the 2 rooms we reserved were not ready yet. We went to dinner, Walmart and returned around 9 to only 1 room being ready. The second room's curtains had been ripped off the wall (which we helped put back up), the bathroom was semi cleaned and the baseboards/carpet around the room had been chewed up by a dog or something.  The rooms had a strong odor, roaches on the walls and outlet covers were missing. The tub in one room had been cracked down the middle and the resin that they used to fix it looked dirty.  The bathroom sink only had hot water, privacy lock on the door was broken, and the carpets were stained and tattered. One of the rooms also had what appeared to be blood spatter on the ceiling but we were told that it was bbq sauce. There were no other options available in the area due to homesteading conference in town. Night staff was friendly/helpful and tried their best with what they had, but they are not in control of the hotel. When we checked out we spoke to the mgr and voiced our complaints. He begrudgingly huffed and said that the best he could do is a 10% discount. Needless to say, we did not rest well and will not recommend, nor EVER stay here again.

I should add, that one positive was, that the bed was brand new and extremely comfortable.

Avoid this hotel, sleeping in your car would be better, healthier and safer. Check in time was at 3pm we arrived at 5:30 and the 2 rooms we reserved were not ready. We went to dinner and Walmart and returned around 9 and one room was still not ready. The rooms smelled bad, had roaches in the walls. Outlet covers missing. Tub was dirty, and the bathroom sink only had hot water, privacy lock on the door was broken, and the carpets were stained and tattered. One of the rooms also had what appeared to be blood spatter on the ceiling. No other options in the area due to homesteading conference is town. I will also be making a report to corporate as well as the health department for the county.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! Let's start with the outside. The grass was so tall a small dog could get lost in it. Next, the lobby. The cover of the air conditioner was hanging off, the furniture was stained, and it smelled horrible in there. The man that helped us seemed clueless. Looked up our reservation and had no idea it was already paid for, and was talking like we still needed to pay. He got mad when we told him we wanted to pay the cash deposit instead of giving a credit card, which was clearly a posted option. We asked for a receipt for the deposit and he looked at us like we were from outer space! Luckily, we were recording the whole time! The walls, trim, and carpet were disgusting down the whole hallway. Lastly, our room. It did smell better than the rest of the building, thank God! However, we go to turn down the bed... yellow stains!! Nope! My fiance takes it down to the front desk. He tells him, and I quote, "that's not pee". He comes back with another sheet, and we go to put it in the bed...... More yellow stains and some red this time! At this point, I lose it. We grabbed our stuff, and started walking toward the front with the sheet. We run into the front desk guy in the hallway and I shove the sheet at him and walked out. My fiance told him we want our money back now!! We left and went somewhere else. We will NEVER go back there. This place needs shut down!!

Rooms were good and they were clean and the beds are comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and we was very grateful for the room since we’ve been driving and got there late. The rooms looked just as they did in the pictures.

If I could give this a zero I would have. Mold in the bathroom. Knob on the heat/ air conditioning unit was broke, Could not regulate the temperature. Hair in the bed. The breakfast was a joke, toast and juice. My granddaughter went to ask for an extra towel because there were only two for a four person room, he asked her three times what she needed she told him a towel, he asked how many people are in the room, she told him three. We complained for all the good it did. Do not stay here.

absolutely horrible. The man charged me for four nights and then told me my card declined and that I had to leave. I am currently filing a dispute with my bank. They said everything went through. The man at the front desk who smelled horribly told me he could not show me the computer where it said it declined due to policy also that morning when I woke up he walked in my room at seven in the morning and said oh I thought you checked out. I was asleep in bed. And when I was getting ready to leave after all of that, it happened I noticed there was mouse poop on the headboard of the bed.

Don't stay here!!!! Holes in the walls and wash rags stuck in to fill the gap, hanging rack broken and just hanging there, only full size bed (not queen size like they posted), breakfast was a joke because there wasn't any and no one at the front desk to ask why, stained carpet and bedding, (blood on the sheets
...bed hadn't been changed), no hair dryer available in room and bathroom so so so dirty. Stay anywhere but here, even if you have to sleep in your car!!
