The room was very clean, clean towels, nice setup, looks to be in the process of remodeling. If you’re checking in later in the evening you check in with a kiosk which was definitely new but was still convenient and the guy was super friendly on the kiosk. Very helpful. If you do the pre registration on your phone through the text you receive it really speeds it up. The pool is small, but is heated and open until 10. Perfect to entertain and get young children sleepy or go relax after a busy day. The lady there when we checked out was super friendly and helpful as well. We enjoyed our stay. Just didn’t like how the rooms were not sound proof so all night long I heard kids yelling and slamming doors and all the hallway traffic.

Amazing hotel experience! The highlight being the fantastic customer service! Especially Pooja, who was extremely friendly by going out of her way to make sure all our needs were met, even when she was already very busy. During breakfast we experienced a power outage in the local area, but she still made our morning great by making sure we had our homemade waffles once the power came back on and gave us an extra hour to check out due to the setback. We later had laundry issues after leaving our room, yet she still continued providing thoughtful customer service even after we checked out. She truly went above and beyond what was required of her, and my wife and I are sincerely grateful! The check in host, Kevin, who we spoke with on the Kiosk, was also very helpful, even without being physically with us. It was fun interacting with him over the check in machine, and he made us feel welcomed. The room itself was great! Two tv’s lots of space, a sofa, perfect size bed for my wife and I. We loved our stay, and really appreciate all the staff for making us feel at home!

Check in was fast simple using the machine was a neat experience. The room was clean and up to date with the times.the bed was comfortable and soft . It is also quite with not a lot of traffic. And you are in walking distance of Waffle House .great service

Carpeted hallway smelled bad upon first impression. Rooms could use better housekeeping as I found long hairs and little things on the floor etc. Actual bedspread wasn't clean but sheets and bath linen were. Other hotel guests were super noisy throughout the night but that's not fault of hotel. Bathroom nicely renovated. Nice tile floors and front desk personnel lady was very inviting with great customer service.

very sweet staff! they upgraded our room to a suite for free since our stay was only one night! the indoor pool is open until 10pm AND it’s heated! no hot tub, but honestly with how warm the pool was i didn’t mind at all! it was worth every penny of the nightly rate! i will definitely stay here again next time i’m in the area!

Rooms are newly updated with modern upgrades like automatic lighting in the bathroom and very sterile surfaces that make it a very clean environment. It’s a very nice place to stay if you’re traveling for business and need a clean comfortable space with no fuss at an affordable price. The owners are very hands on and involved in the daily operations which makes for a personal experience like the fact that the owners will come down and literally assist you in making your waffle during the hours that continental breakfast is available. A major plus here is the year round inside heated pool. Overall I would say that this is perfect for vacation and business travelers and it’s the safest and cleanest environment in the area for the best price.

Check in was easy over computer, got a free upgrade on room, room was nice , sheets on bed were old but clean, only 3 pillows on a king size bed and 2 towels in the room. Called desk and pillows and towels were delivered next morning. Hotel is quiet but walls are paper thin heard neighbors snoring and talking. Breakfast was ok, usual cereal, oatmeal, waffle and yoghurt. Stayed here to do Asian groceries, MegaMart and Buford highway farmers market not to far away.

We stayed in room 122 the walls around the bed was not painted all the way down had white plaster bathroom floor still had razor covers from someone else and not moped around sink after taking a shower to find the hair dryer didn't work 😞 beds were comfy microwave and fridge didn't work properly had to wiggle the cord in the back then upon waking middle of the night to use rest room light come on I killed 3 baby roaches breakfast was not a hot breakfast like said in pictures iit was cereal or a banana nut slice bread or a yogurt they say no smoking what so ever or will be charged a fee but yet upon arriving the lobby smelled like a marijuana smoke shop also the hall way coming in the back door to our room a lot of young people hanging out in parking lot smoking with the door propped open when checking out hubby tried to tell the guy on the kiosk the stuff that was wrong for him to act like he didn't know what hubby was saying and finally just said oh ok no sorry or anything no sign of the manager of the property not worth the 80.00 a night I had to pay even tho they did wave the deposit when checking in due to not being told of a deposit not just a card hold on file like most hotels I know now why the guy on kiosk wanted me to do my review before I even stayed in the room the man at the front desk was very nice wish he would of been around when checking out
