The room stinks! The pillows had stains on them! & the toilet bowl was not clean! Nor would the toilet flush…& the air conditioner was filthy

The rooms were clean, there was a homeless person in the stairwell, no trashcans outside and the one and only trashcan was behind the pool fence so trash was layed on the wall, pool was never open the 4-5 days I was there. The staff seemed confused by any quesions

You’re better off sleeping in the car. This family owned hotel does not care about you and they are extremely rude. The wife Rachel promised me a refund because they had no power from the Hurricane. I said no problem, I booked through Expedia and they always make me go through the hotel to confirm that it is allowed. Since we have no signal and power, I recorded voice memo and asked her to confirm that she will 100% refund my room once power is on.

She said because I recorded her voice, she’s not going to confirm anything. A bunch of scam artists trying to take your money even though their business isn’t operational.

The rooms were clean, i had to lift the lid of the toilet to flush, no trash cans outside so everyone piled their trash on the ledge, a homeless person sleeping in the stairwell, and looks like the pool was beautiful at 1 time and never taken care of

The room was clean, comfy bed and tasty coffee. The pool was very nice and clean. Friendly neighborhood staff. Would come back here again. Air conditioning works great! Nice location near all the food and shops. Tasty fresh continental breakfast location.

Staff is very rude, especially the wife. I had a room infested in roaches and went to discuss she got so mad I was telling her about how nasty the room was and the roaches. They got a whole side they don't put people in but certain kind of people which is not fair. I don't want to spend 189.78 to sleep with roaches. This hotel is disgusting and so is the staff. I can see why they don't have no staff there they are ignorant.

I have never seen staff so rude to others as I had the unfortunate privilege of witnessing here. I try to make the best of all situations, because complaining only makes things worse. The air conditioner worked at mediocre at best. Temperatures over the past couple of days reached almost 100. My daughter had a roach crawl across her while she was laying down in bed, we had men standing around corners watching the other wife and our daughters when we went to pool, and noticed I was being watched when I left with my little girl to run to Walmart. Tried to use washer and dryer to clean a load of clothes and was told to hurry up and get out. It was so awful that we had to have the company our husband's work for arrange for us to get moved to a new hotel. Do NOT stay here unless you love to be miserable and treated like you're an inconvenience!
