This was a horrible stay !!! The room was filthy. Had water damage in the sink area. The bathroom was unclean. I will never stay at a days inn again. There was no coffee maker in the room, No bible in the drawer, the hallway had cockroach's, The smell of the hallway was almost unbearable. I have pictures. This was not a good hotel, I don't know if it was the management or what but they were not accommodating to anything. The fire escape was not functional. The management turn off the fire alarm or took out the batteries because it was beeping. I would like my money back to tell you the truth. I had to go down for a funeral and if that isn't enough to deal with I had to stay in a very nasty hotel. I was very concerned with safety and it seemed that no one in the hotel who was working knew anything. I will tell everyone that I know that you should never stay at a Days Inn!!!! I am very upset with the entire ordeal. Please get back to me with a manager or someone who can help me deal with this situation. I am very unsatisfied.

Lady at desk was nice and the room was what you would expect from a cheap motel bed was hard there was mold in bathroom along with burn holes in bed spread microwave looked like someone took a hammer to it. Also brown stains on the sheets and cigarette burns on bathtub. It was just down street from hospital so it was convenient

This was a very scary situation. Do not stay at this hotel. We were 2 women and 2 female children and there was no way we could stay at this hotel. We had to step over a pile of puke on the way in and then the whole place smelled like smoke. The ceiling tiles were falling down and even then we tried to walk to our room in hopes it was better. We opened the door and were disgusted. The girls kept saying, we cant stay here mom, please. There were stains and cigarette burns all over the comforters, the doors were stained, there was body hair on the sheets, there was no mattress protector on the mattress and there was dried puke on the bed skirt. The lock to the door was broken, there were stains all over the furniture and everything was outdated by about 40 years. This was a catfish because the pictures online were NOTHING like the actual room. We immediately turned around and headed out, the front desk woman was sweet (probably shouldn't have been working there alone for her safety) and she offered us another room but we had to scooch by the obvious drug users checking in and sitting in the lobby itching and tweaking so that was not even an option.

I don't think I have ever been to a more disgusting hotel.. if you are reading this I beg for you to find another hotel and don't get distracted by the pretty lights on the outside and pick this one. The moment I walked into the room and went to the bathroom there was several roaches crawling around on the wall, cigarette burns all over the blankets, sheets with stains literally all over them. The TV didn't work, the shower was so stained that I didn't even want to get in it. The floors had random crumbs all over the place and it was overall just disgusting. I can not articulate how much I regret having ever stepped inside this hotel room. I feel like I can still smell how disgusting it smells. I ordered a room at 8pm and canceled it at 9pm because I scheduled it the wrong day and they wouldn't give me a refund because it was the same day as arrival even though it was an hour apart when I realized what happened. I would've rather picked a rundown motel that charges by the hour and I feel it would've been less gross..

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would beds looked like the sheets were never changed. We stayed 2 nights and not once did housekeeping clean our room. No they don't serve breakfast just coffee. Lots of homeless people hanging around. Will never stay here again or recommend to anyone. Hotel needs a good make over!!!!

My three daughters And I booked a room here for a big Cheer competition the next day. We had to be up at 5 AM and we did not get to sleep until 4 AM. They put us directly next to the bar. Our door literally vibrated from the music all night. None of us got any sleep. I called at 10 PM and asked for a different room they said that was not possible. I called again several times asking them to turn it down, but they refused and in the morning I asked to be compensated From the manager. He denied my request and denied my request for a number to higher up. I felt this was completely unacceptable.

This stink hole was literally something out of a 3rd world country. The smell of bad men's cologne as you enter the lobby fails to mask the cigarette odor that permeats throughout the hotel. There are no words for how utterly grotesque the rooms were. When I saw cigarette burns on the bed, I went back to the manager get a refund but he refused regardless of how much I tried to reason with him. I left without getting a refund. They couldn't pay me enough to stay in a rat hole like that.

Room was relatively clean. Shower was not cleaned. Continental breakfast was coffee only! I suspect because there are people, probably locals taking advantage of it. Told them to change the web site to say coffee only not a continental breakfast. Management told me that was a continental breakfast🤔! I would not have stayed here if knew that!7
