My family and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the quality of the bed and shower, which counts a lot for us, was very good. The room and bathroom were clean, the sheets were changed daily and the cleaning team changed them daily. Pretty quiet at night .

We enjoyed of the pool and hot tub, very good. They gave us free water and the breakfast was good. But the outside is horrible, the smell of cigarettes is very strong on the hallway, there are strange people, like homeless people around, we feel a little uncomfortable.

One more detail for my elderly parents -in-laws was that there is no elevator, this makes a lot of difference with suitcases and elderly people.

Despite renovations going on downstairs, our stay was peaceful and quiet! Our room was immaculately clean, and the service was friendly and helpful. The pool and Jacuzzi appeared to be open, but we didn't have time to try as we explored the area in between the gymnastics competition we came for. The free breakfast was a traditional continental fare, including fresh fruit amongst the pastries and fluffy waffles. There is no elevator, but the stairs are well kept. Thank you for a great stay!

Just stayed here for 3 nights and it checked all the boxes for cleanliness, price, and convenience. Room looked to have recently been renovated. Very nice. Plenty of places to eat located in adjacent parking lots along with a convenience store. Took a star off because the hallways and staircases could use a coat of paint, and the streaming for the tv was very glitchy. Would definitely stay here again.

Worst hotel experience! Arrived late and check in was fine. Got to the room, which was fine, showered and went to sleep. Woke up early, went down for their "breakfast", which was hardly a breakfast. Went up to grab our things and check out. The woman who checked us out was very cold and incredibly rude. She said that we were on a no booking list, we weren't welcome and told us to leave. Before we could respond she added that they do not have to give a reason and the manager was not in. We asked what we did and she refused to tell us, just stated they didn't have to tell us. We were literally there just to sleep... for one night...so we had no clue what we could have even done. I called several times and every time was told the manager wasn't in but they would leave a message. Still not sure what we did but I guess it's fine we're no longer welcome because I certainly would never stay again or recommend it.

The customer service is garbage. They cannot speak English enough to have a coherent conversation. I put credit card information in online. This is a card of my family member. In person, I was denied because I did not physically possess the card, even if I recited the number in person or used my own card for the deposit. This is the first time, in dozens of motels, that I couldn't use the card on file. I am broke and needed help getting the room.

The front desk person blatantly lied about having credit card information on file. Because they proved they did have it, over the phone afterwards.

In addition to terrible service and communication, he insulted my intelligence. The room was $111. I assumed there would be a $100 deposit, that's what I always see. He told me it was $161, and I was confused. He aggressively grabbed his little plaque that said 'deposit required', and waved it around while tapping it. Like yeah, no s''t there's a deposit.

The location isn’t ideal but there are things around to do. The pool and “spa” were not on and therefore felt like an ice bath. The staff don’t bother you at all when you’ve got the do not disturb on the door and are quite friendly at the reception desk with all questions. Check in and out was quick and easy — can opt to do it online before your arrival and after you’ve left. The room we stayed in had a smell in the bathroom like it was always in use 5 minutes prior to entering even if we weren’t there all day. Overall a decent place to stay for cost although ubering to places to visit can get costly even from the airport.

great days inn location. had a bad experience at a hotel a few miles away this days inn accommodated me right away very smooth. all the staff i interacted with were great from the front desk to the house keeping. every one was very helpful. the staff there is also probably why this was i think the most well maintained days inn I've been too. will stay again.

Tha room was very clean. They dont want you getting comfortable because the bed was like laying on a rock . Walking distance to the waffle house and Dennys also convenient store is open 24 hours
