The rooms were pretty awful. There were cigarette burns on the bedding and carpet, even though it was a non smoking room. It seemed like the place needed to be vacuumed as well, since there were piles of what looked like broken wall at the corners of the room. It didn't look like it was really cleaned before we got there. There were also live roaches and some other small dead bugs around the room and under the bed. We got a refund on the deposit.

The woman at the front desk was very nice though.

HORRIBLE!! A PLACE WHERE NIGHTMARES ARE MADE!! READ THIS FULL REVIEW BEFORE YOU BOOK ANYTHING WITH WYNDHAM PROPERTIES!! I saved for 3 months to take my children to frontier city for a 1 night staycation I rented 2 rooms for this 1 night trip to OKC, I was also gonna stop by Tinker AFB to get a few things from the commissary too. My final receipt for my hotel stay said final total $110 dollars but they charged my card an additional $60 dollars for a deposit ($30 dollars per room)!! When I got in the rooms they assigned us, rooms #220 & #221, they were were horrible!!! One room had no AC, needed hoovered, and there was dirty bedding on the beds. The 2nd room had also not been hoovered and had dirty bedding with one comforter having several cigarette burns, even though these where supposed to be non smoking rooms but even more disturbing there was black mold on the ceiling in the shower in the bathroom - i called the front desk many times to report all this with no one answering the phone- as I walked down to the front receptionist i koticed even the hotel fire extinguishers expired in july 2023!! I went down to the check in window, which is outside - there's a large sign on the lobby doors that say no hotel guests allowed!! - the on site property manger after hearing what I had to say stated she has no other open rooms available to move us to and I said I don't want to be moved i want a complete refund and she told me I was only eligible for a partial refund, didn't say why I couldn't have a full refund, and that it'll take up to 10 days to get it back on my card - I explained i needed it back immediately or I'd be sleeping in the car with my 4 children and she said that she couldn't process it any faster, instead of sleeping in the car - i decided to keep the rooms and I brought in the bedding I had in my car and covered the beds with my personal bedding and stayed in the room with less mold. By 2am I could barley breath it wasn't just the mold but I found that the room had roachs too - by 4am we left the property, even though i didn't get any refund at all - I called days inn, I called Wyndham and everytime I spoke to an agent they either transferred me to someone else or said they are sorry but they can't help me. I had to use both of my inhalers (2 different medications in each inhaler)last night and i had to give myself a breathing treatment when I got to the AFB. This is not ok to treat paying customers like this but especially if their a veteran who's single mom to 4 children who's living off a very tight monthly budget - i saved up for 3 months to bring my children to frontier city and stay at a hotel for 1 night a mini stay cation for their spring break, we never do things like this so it was a very specail day for my children but all that overtime i worked went to pay for 2 rooms, one I couldn't even stay in because of the black mold and the other I could barley breath in. I wrote this long review in hopes no one else will be taken advantage of.

I was really disappointed with my stay at Days Inn on 2801 NW 39th Expy, Oklahoma City, OK 73120. When we first arrived, things seemed okay, but when I tried to lock the door, it wouldn’t lock at all. I finally got it locked after putting my weight on it. The light on my side of the bed didn’t work at all. The bathtub looked like it had mold or something, and above the shower head, it looked gross. The shelf was bent and rusty, the curtains looked gross and nasty, and the outlet behind the TV looked dangerous due to being dirty. The AC looked dirty, and the room smelled like raw dirty eggs. There were no tissues, no fridge, no microwave, and no smoke detector. The bed was really uncomfortable, and this place needs to be condemned badly. To top it all off, I saw cockroaches already! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My stay was disappointing. I requested a king size bed with a smoking room and got 2 beds and non-smoking room. That advertised breakfast on their website and there is none. The room was filthy and was missing all the stationary items. I don't know if maybe there was a changing management or housekeeping or what but this was a very very disappointing stay.

DO NOT GO HERE. False advertising, no breakfast, no fridge, broken microwave, broken beds, dirty carpets, disgusting smell in the room, stained beds, stained towels, ripped blankets, dirty bathroom, cockroaches. Sketchy area, unsafe environment. Unhygienic environment. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE. Especially with your family. Biggest mistake of our lives. The only thing I was happy about was leaving in the morning in one piece.

Wyndham and Days Inn should revoke their license/membership with this property. It is a disgrace to their name.

Worst experience ever. If I could give a zero star I would have.

I rate this ZERO stars! No microwave, No Refrigerator, and No breakfast. This was the worst, most disgusting, dirty room I have ever been in in my life. No toilet paper, no bath towels (there was one hand towel and two wash clothes). The tub was dirty as was the sink. The carpet was filthy, stained and torn. the bed covers had cigarette burns and torn wholes.The sheets were dirty, the dresser was missing drawer handles and had a broken drawer. Two of light fixtures had no bulbs or shades, the light fixture between the beds was plugged into a wall outlet with no cover plate other than some black duct tape. There was a vacuum cleaner in the room that obviously didn't work or I think the carpets may have been cleaner. I don't think the room had been cleaned since Christmas, since there was a bag full of Christmas wrapping paper sitting in the corner, there was also a dirt sock or stocking laying on the floor by a chair. The heater-air conditioner was so filthy I was afraid to turn it on. While I took several photos I noticed dust or something floating around in front of the camera that I could not see with the naked eye. I hope that my granddaughter and I don't come down with any respiratory issues. We ended up staying about an hour and half in that room, till I decided to leave and go find a better hotel. I went in the morning to return the key card and try to get my money back. Doubt that will happen. DON'T STAY HERE!!! Saw no bugs!

If I could rate this lower I would.
The room was filthy. The furniture was terrible. Several of the light fixtures did not work. The bathtub and shower were filthy as well.
Also, this place advertised a Continental breakfast. They did not have that either.

I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

The room looked like a scene from that movie "Vacancy." I kept checking around to make sure psycho killers were not running amok.

The lady who works the counter was really nice though.

Positive: Absolutely nothing Negative: where do I start? the sign posted no pets & we were woke up all night by barking dogs. room unclean, roaches, stained sheets with holes. the floor stained & unvacuumed. phone broken. smoke detector missing. cigarette burns on tub, holes in the wall
