I stayed at the Days Inn (about 2 weeks ago) but I wanted to be sure I left a review due to the real gem of the place, which is their staff. My husband had work in K-Falls and I was able to tag along. Our room was freshly renovated but still had some old “charm” (hence the 4 star rating) however it had all we needed: it was well cleaned with a refrigerator/microwave ect, but It was during the checkout process that keeps this place close to my heart.
My husband was still finishing up his environmental work, and the ladies at the hotel made me feel right at home by welcoming me extra time in their lobby, well after proper check-out hours. Offered me tea, said they’d turn the juice machine back on if I desired. All things above and beyond.
Just such very genuine ladies. Thank you.

*And to the manager who is so dang kind: That Cherry Bark cough syrup you suggested from Natural Grocers, did help that cough I was annoyed with.

They advertise these rooms as newly remodeled rooms, they look like they were newly remodeled by a 10-year-old. The fit and finish of everything Is subpar at best. The paint is sloppy, uneven and just bad. All the grout in the Bathroom floor tile is chipped up, missing, growing stuff in it. The bathtub is peeling the finish off everywhere. There’s caulking around the tub that looks like it was put over black mold. The showerhead is so encrusted. It looks like it’s 20 years old, and water barely comes out of it. The light fixture in the bathroom is missing both the lenses and you can see up into the fixture, fan blades turning, exposed wiring, dust, spiders. There’s a light above the shower that doesn’t even work. The AC is sticking out of the wall at an angle with a huge gap around it. And worst of all…. The receptacle for the AC unit is uncovered. Exposed wiring at your child’s level.

Netti who helped us check in was so sweet and helpful. 🦋 After settling in for the night we ended up requesting a new room due to what we think we're about a dozen baby German cockroachs 🪳 around the bedside table and alarm clock.
Netti was great and gave us a new room without question. The rooms looked nice and clean except the clock radios which a few of the bugs crawled out from... those need detailed.
If pest control is obtained and kept up on we would gladly stay there again.

We came in just after the snowiest time that Klamath Falls has had in a long time, so it makes sense the Days Inn would have a lot of snow in and around the facility. What made things a bit difficult was that only one wheelchair "ramp" areas was plowed in the area that we stayed in, and the thick layer of icy snow in the parking area made it hard for a power wheelchair to get around.

Besides that difficulty, the one bedroom suite was decent, nice and open the way we like it. The bathroom could have used a bit more space and a bath chair, but we made due. The ice machines were upstairs, so not exactly accessible. Breakfast was pretty light, but at least you could get waffles, cereal, juice, and coffee. Good restaurants are pretty close, along with a great taco cart right next to the hotel.

We had a record-breaking snowstorm in town that knocked out power took down limbs and trees all across town for several days, in our case We had a whole tree come down on the house ripping our power line from the pole and the house shearing the power box off the wall, leaving our road in accessible for the utilities and tree company... And the staff at the Days inn made us feel so comfortable and treated us so well!!!! I can't say enough good things about this place and their staff We weren't the only ones that were having to stay there due to the storm and lack of power |And we were able to bring our animals with us

Very clean updated twin queen room with very little charge for our dog. A very pet friendly area in the center of the complex. Very thoughtful staff and I really appreciate the shower mat as I have bad balance which was already in the room. Basically the place is excellent for the price and I recommend it.

+ Budget-friendly. With this price, breakfast was more than I expected. Helpful staffs.
- Dirtiest hotel I have ever been. Found a cockroach in the room. With this price, I should not complain about the quality of the towels, I just want a cleaner room. Didn't get hot water.

The room was very clean. The breakfadt was good. I appreciated the privacy. Housekeeping was great and was glad to assist in any way needed.I extended my stay for a few more days. I would highly recommend this establishment to my family and friends.
