Very kind employees. Richard the house keeper was so helpful. He helped me carry my suitcase up to the room. He even went and got me a bucket of ice. Even told me to find him when I checked out so he could help me get my suitcase back to the car! I was very comfortable. I slept like a baby!

Rooms are very nice and clean. Looks like they were recently remodeled. Very good night sleep, beds very comfy. Great price for a great stay. Front desk, housekeeper and maintenance staff and general manager were all very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel highly. We originally had 2 nights but extended our stay 2 more nights. Great stop, downtown kingman route 66 is a must visit spot.

I needed a quick place to crash in the early predawn hours along interstate 40. Too cold and too unprepared for the usual boondocking that I prefer. Days Inn it is. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist at 2:30am and promptly found my room. I don’t expect much from a cheap motel. Sometimes you roll the dice. No cigarette burn marks in the bedsheets, the heater kept me warm, the lights and sink faucet functioned properly. Only one skittish cockroach, perhaps a juvenile German cockroach, hiding behind the hand towel rack above the toilet. But ya know, you almost expect as much in a budget motel. 1 roach is practically mandatory. I won’t complain about 1 roach. You can’t call it an infestation if it’s only 1 roach. I stayed warm, I slept fairly well. I didn’t wake up with bedbug lesions across my arms and backside. All major pluses. The complimentary morning coffee was a 5/10 & made Loves truck stop coffee taste like Starbucks. But at least it was hot.

Disgusting! The one positive I have was the front desk staff were super nice.
The room however was so gross. Walking into our room they painted over the eye hole and the mesh on the windows had tears the room number wasn’t even put back on the door yet it was in the window. The ground outside was wet from the air conditioning next door and had trash and bugs in it. Went to sit on the bed and it sounded broken. Plus there was food and crumbs all along the bed on the floor. I never walked in the room with my shoes off from how dirty it was. The desk leg was broken and propped with cardboard that was out of place which the desk legs looked like it had water damage. The wood at the bottom of the sink counter was busted and our bathroom floor was soaking wet and dirty. Once we went to bed I rolled over and looked at the night stand and there was a cockroach on the night stand running around. The sheets were scratchy and bed was super uncomfortable. The next morning went to get breakfast and the coffee tasted nasty like the pump had never been cleaned apon walking in the fridge was left wide open also with the yogurts and waters in it. My husband tried to shower but the water was freezing cold and the sink was scauldjng hot. Later that day coming back to our room I went to lay down and there were little red bugs on my pillows and another cockroach in the bathroom and that’s when I went to get my money back. There were also weird guys on the top floor being loud mid day and spitting down by our room I had to walk down before walking out because I was afraid of getting spit on. We had a non smoking room that freaked of cigarettes. And there was a little dog barking in a room from 2-4 am . I had gotten zero sleep due to how disgusted I was but I tried to manage through it but it was not worth it I would have rather slept in my car. The following day I had bites all over me after staying here (on my arms neck legs )

Rooms were very clean, sheets smelled good. Pillows were a little lumpy which is the only negative thing I have to say about the place. The lady who checked us in at night around midnight was very nice.

I'm sure I would run out of space before I wrote about everything that happened to us on this trip so I'll keep it short. We didn't expect "luxury" because we were staying with family during the day. The room was filthy, smelly, and noisy! Items were worn and some of the lighting didn't work. The walls were so thin our dog growled at the neighbors all night because they were coming and going at midnight and it sounded like they were going to enter through the service door in the middle of the room. The front desk empathized with us and said, "Oh, you're in a dog room." "Oh, that's the Construction Workers." Yeah, we paid extra for the "dog room" but it sure didn't look like the pretty pictures online! We had booked for two nights, but couldn't stay another. After getting no response or reply from the Manager (we called almost every day and were told the same thing, "I'll leave her a message and she will get back to you."). Two weeks later we filed a dispute and I sent pictures of the tattered plastic blinds showing light shining through, and water leak damage in the bathroom ceiling, and explained about the noise and smell of the room to the credit card company and said we wanted a refund for the second night because we couldn't stay. The motel recharged our card the next month and said we signed a contract. Well, we were stupid enough to try them and that was our bad! I hope others heed the warning. If you're not happy, there is no recourse...

Was OK for what we needed. 1 night stop. The beds huge and really comfy but I did have black feet after getting out the shower and walking round bare foot. Slightly ick! Just off route 66. Easy check in and out. Towels and soaps supplied

For the price it was great! Remote for tv didn’t work, had to request batteries (didn’t work still), had to go ask for coffee pot, missing light bulbs so the room was very dark, staff didn’t have any.
I received a text saying to text if I needed anything but no response.
