Very Dirty! Catsup stains and food crumbs on table in 2 rooms, dirty sheets with holes in them, crud caked up on remote, dirty cleaning rag left in room. Toilet and microwave dirty, used a WHOLE canister of lysol wipes just to be able to stomach this place. Dead flies on the lamp base. Would have left if the Hampton next door had any vacancies. Save yourself!! Don't book here!!!

For a two star hotel I give this one 5 stars. It is clean. Everything works. The property is well maintained. Includes breakfast. Coffee is better than almost any high end hotel I have ever stayed in. For $50 a night this hotel provides more value to the customer per dollar than any other I have ever stayed in.

This was the nicest hotels for the price I have ever stayed!! Clean, comfortable, and convenient as you can park in front of your room. The staff is great, they are upgrading rooms as I write this. Clean sheets with a very comfortable bed, close to the interstate and Kent State. I’m choosing this place anytime I’m in the area, which is often. No complaints for the location and price!!

The room was so clean and I was very impressed with the mirror that lights up the whole room. My children enjoyed themselves we weren’t bothered. The location is great for being out the way and still enjoy Kent University

Needed a place to spend the night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired but for the price of the room and the location it is well worth it.

This motel was so clean. I was really impressed with the level of cleanliness of the entire place. The lobby was clean. The rooms were spotless.
My only minor complaint would be the linens weren’t the best we had ever encountered.
The beds were comfortable.
The Suite had a hot tub and was a really large.
The breakfast was also not the best we had ever seen. But was there.

We liked this hotel a lot. The bed was super comfy, room clean, friendly staff. The mirror in the bathroom is modern and very cool. Bright! OK breakfast. Great value overall.

The motel was clean. But they told me I was being charged a $50 refundable deposit. After inquiring about my deposit being refunded i was told twice 5 t0 6 business days after 14 days I was told they never took it out.but in-between that time I gave a bad review some good some bad. On Nov 10th they took the $50 out of my checking. I called today and asked about my return of my $50 I was then told because i left a bad review that's why they took it out of my checking after over 1 month of checking out. I had been there because of evacuating . Just beware
